Hey, I have a question for the guys who are used to carb cycling diet.
What protocol you guys use, I was doing keto, help me to drop bf, from 13 to 10 in couple months, now I wanted to try to put some size and keep the bf as low as possible, if possible.
I'm 6'1 about 210lb and around 10% bf, also 41 years old.
I'm starting about 2200 kcal a day and will increase when I put more weight
Was thinking something like 1g/lb protein 0,3g/lb fat and rest carbs raising the fat on the low carb day.
So, for the ones used to carb cycling, any tip or insight?
