Ramp up your Superdrol, increasing your dose to 30mg per day by week 3. Sometimes that’s too much for people too. Adjust accordingly and drink lots of water. I would not run it longer than 4 weeks max. The lethargy can be a pain to deal with.Mast is great, have run in the past as 300 a week and the results were pretty good as well
My concern is about the sdrol, first time running it, I'm trying to get as lean as possible, I'm 6'1 about 230lb but my bf fluctuates between 12 and 15
I want to go for a calories deficit and extra cardio for 6 to 8 weeks and see where I can get
Weight training 4 to 6 times a week, as schedule permits hehe, busy life
