What’s everyone running these days?
I been playing around with Lantus for the first time and loving it
 
Your very knowledgeable on gh. Few questions for you. Do you run t4 when on gh and what dose is best and what's the easiest slin to run if one were to run insulin with gh for first timers? Is insulin even necessary.
 
What does your current cycle look like these days @3ml ? What are your goals? That is, if you care to disclose that info?

For 4 weeks I ran
250 sust
600 eq
M,W,F
So total 750 test 1800 Eq
I threw in the odd abom or dbol pre workout
4 iu GH split pre and post
Adex once or twice a week

Then
For 4 weeks
400 T400
600 EQ
20 mg day rad 140
Monday wed fri
9 iu GH split over 3 shots
20 iu lantus first thing in the am
with 3-5 iu of Log 20 min after GH shots

I’m starting week 9
I’ll be doing my T400 and EQ at same doses but switching to EOD instead of MWF
20mg day rad 140
300mg tri tren per week
100mg Test suspension pre workout
I’m up to 40 iu lantus am
I’ll try to do 10iu of Log with GH shots but fuck the log hits hard when combined with lantus so I dunno
12 iu GH split in 4iu doses
1000mcg of ipam
With 200mcg cjc before bed

Goal is to crack 300lbs biggest I’ve gotten is 298 ever
Currently sitting around 286 and much leaner than I was 2 months ago. My legs are covered in veins and abs are poking through.
I had a bad winter where worn was busy and a couple injuries. Between December and March I wasn’t in the gym very much. When March hit I went in and started crushing cardio and core stuff to get my body feeling half assed good again

Don’t think I’m gonna make it. This amounts of GH are hard to handle I’m extremely tired all the time. Some days are worse than others. I should note I haven’t been doing slin on the weekends. I don’t train over the weekend and I need a break from the carbs it’s so much to eat. Anyhow not sure how many more weeks I can handle of this it’s kind of an experiment. I’d be happy to drop down to 200mg or primo and 375 test a week and take a breather lol

I should note though the changes in my body and strength remind me of first cycle results!

Oh and there is no real science behind me running the ipam
I just have a bunch of peptides sitting around forever so figured I’d burn em up and maybe keep my pituitary gland awake lol

No I haven’t although I hear it can be beneficial
For me I believe insulin is necessary to get max gains from GH

As far as an easy way to run insulin
I won’t go into it. I fumble fucked my way through it and didn’t get real good with it until I hired a coach a couple years ago. I thought I knew a lot until I worked with him now I got skin dialed right in. If you don’t know what you are doing there are two likely outcomes
You will get fat
Go hypo and hurt yourself

Agree 100%. I have researched GH and slin fairly extensively, but yet I would not touch them without consultation from an expert. They can definitely be a huge game changer if you’re at that point. I am not there but I find the extreme changes that folks can pull off with the right comibination of GH and slin almost magical.

That’s quite a cycle. I like your compounds. Eating used to be easy when I was younger. I find it harder to cram down clean calories to grow. Although I got back on the EQ train about 10 weeks ago so now my appetite is up. I am at 600mg EQ weekly and 800mg T400 weekly. I throw in some Dbol preworkout 40mg some days and other days I take at breakfast. Aromasin at 12.5mg E3D for me. That’s it. Pretty basic cycle for me. Predictable and easy to manage.
 
@3ml thanks for sharing your cycle and current goals. Good luck with that. I really don’t believe a lot of people understand the diet, training and Pharma dedication and commitment it takes to achieve these types of goals. A lean 300 lb physique is quite a feat to accomplish.

Done right it can do amazing things

Yes the food is getting harder as I age as well. I’m my 20s I was always hungry now some days it’s an absolute battle just to get maintenance calories down. I find the lantus really helps me process food though.

I like your cycle as well. They are more reasonable doses than mine. Unfortunately between abuse and my current size a cycle like that would only tighten me up if I was coming off a cruise I wouldn’t gain any new tissue. I’d love to just pin 2 cc 2x a week
Then I could be 2ml lol. Only time it’s not a full barrel is when I cruise. I also got some 6cc barrels I use at times but I don’t really like them

Thank you, and you are welcome. It’s true as you become bigger it gets harder and harder. In all honesty the thing I hate most is the amount of pharmaceuticals I run. I honestly don’t know how pros do it. I guess if you didn’t have a job it would be more manageable. But fuck the injections alone and the lethargy get hard after a while. My girlfriend said the other day
“Every time I turn around you have a needle hanging out of you”

She never used to like to see it but now I don’t give a fuck I’ll draw up a syringe at the coffee table while we are watching a movie or shoot GH out of the fridge while she’s making breakfast.

In all reality I don’t know if I’ll ever crack 300lbs. Im getting to the point where running trt and maybe some Anavar and primo over the summer sounds appealing. But o think I got a little more in me

@3ml keep at it bro until you decide it’s time to switch gears. Hats off to you on your dedication and commitment. Extreme physique results are hard to obtain even when you have everything else in place. I remember looking at the sheer size of pros like Nasser and Ruhl back in the 90s and early 2000s when I went to a few pro contests. God they were mass monsters. The shit they had to live through to get there amazes me. to this day. Myself, I am ok with a scaled down look. A nice lean 245 lbs / 12%bf physique suits me fine. More like a WWE wrestler from back in the day...
