try a magnesium citrate or oreate...anyone that ends in ate and potassium and it will help your bp.

Been taking so much chilated mag this whole cycle that I'm shitting 4 times a day, and I'm taking 200-300mg potassium as well. Been debating trying to acquire some ace inhibitors or even some magnesium sulfate USP. I went and let off a pint and that made me feel much better all around, but BP is just staying up. Also taking a good dose of fish oil.

Any ideas I haven't thought of?

I take 1000mgs of potassium. Get you some CoQ10 too. I take double the dose and drink plenty of water.

I biffed my potassium dose. It's actually two to three doses of 595mg/day (varies based on my dietary potassium intake), and I drink water like a buffalo. CoQ10 I ain't got, but I'll give it a try. Would very much like to not go into renal failure :D
 
Ok, BP is hovering in the 130's most readings, which is good and I'm okay with that level.

Deads yesterday, bench today. Weight dropped back down to 199 after I stepped the dex up, but I'm noticeably harder as the test clears and the DMZ builds. Strength is holding well. This is my heaviest week of my meso cycle and I set a rep PR of 8 @95% training max, so 8 reps of 85% 1RM.

One of the main things I've noticed is the almost constant muscle pumps all day. I was carrying some propane tanks about a quarter mile and my forearms and shoulders started to burn and pump almost immediately. By the time I got where I was going my shoulders felt like they were going to explode and my forearms were so pumped it was difficult to open and close my hands for a couple minutes. It's pretty epic.
 
Yeah, yesterday and today have been long and stressful, and my BP is right back up again. What's yours at? Any luck getting it to stay down?

I bought some organic whole beets w/roots and added American Ginseng, since then, BP has been back down in 120's most of the time.

It kinda caught me off guard only cus that kinda shit never happens to me; BP spikes like that ~ still the Pumps are worth it, and the focus!!
 
Deload week. Not much to report in the way of PR's or anything, but pumps are truly insane. I'm doing pretty intense grip strength training, and my forearms are starting to look like Popeye by the time I get done.

I'm down to 197 lbs, which was to be expected with the test clearing and the ridiculously clean diet, but I am looking hard as the bloat fades.

BP is still over 140 some readings, but no higher. It's lingering in the 130's most of the time.

Big thanks again to IML and HeavyIron. This is making for a great transition to PCT.
 
Back to lifting heavy this week. New meso cycle, all weights upped. Pushing through them like butter. It's 21 days since my last stick, so I'm approaching regular physiological test levels. I had such a pump growing that I had a zit explode on my arm doing lat lifts. It was actually less gross and more cool than it sounds.

Weight holding steady @197. Libido still great. Last HCG stick today. PCT starts next Monday, and I'll take the log through PCT.

Back to lifting heavy this week. New meso cycle, all weights upped. Pushing through them like butter. It's 21 days since my last stick, so I'm approaching regular physiological test levels. Ha, sorry. Didn't see a reason to update on deload. "Today was bare minimum light weights again..."

Lat lifts I actually use light weight in a very slow form because of my shoulder. Works awesome tho.

I usually only up weight monthly in the primary lifts unless an assistance move needs more weight.

Ohhhh yeah. Forgot to mention too. Decided to so some ab work on Sunday. Just light stuff. Started with the wheel. Did a set of 25, waited, did a set of 25... Then the pump hit... My abs cramped up so bad I was doubled over. I was sore for 3 days from some light ab wheel movements! Ab pumps suck!
 
Sorry for the delay in update, but there hasn't been much to report. Weight is holding at 197, but my strength is finally starting to taper off some. Was unable to complete my on cycle 95% of 1RM + 5lbs military press last night. Will have to make some adjustments on that lift for this next meso cycle BP is back down in the 120's, and I'm starting to feel less like I got beat in a back alleyway, although my thoughts have been weird and introspective lately. Lots of thinking about missed opportunities and reliving memories gone.

No, this is after I finished with it and am now taking large dose SERM.

Mood during was great. It really didn't feel like I'd come off the test until the last couple days of the run. The only thing was I was progressively dropping about 6 pounds of water, and just generally feeling less of the weighed down feeling on cycle. To me it made a great transition. We'll see how well my weight holds, but I'm impressed how much definition was under the water weight.

I can't say that memory or cognition were different from being on cycle. I felt a little handicapped reaching for the right word sometimes. Just a little foggy, but that's going away now too.
 
Are you taking clomid or nolva? Clomid fucks with me a little bit. I don't really get depressed, but it makes me think back to the past, should of done this instead of doing that type stuff.
