Day 24
No injections today. I got a nice deadlift and hamstring session in. I also did soso on my diet. I started the day off with frozen yogurt but i made it up as the day went on and kept it on track. Still hit my calories and macros just had to leave out some good stuff in the process cause i did not prepare for the day properly.

You can see the froyo and the starbucks shit. That was due to a trip i made and was not well preped. I had to be ontime. No excuses. Still hit the numbers i wanted. I wish the fiber was higher.
