Carb depletion before DNP?

How many of you guys are carb depleting 3 days before you start DNP? I depleted before my last cycle (almost 2 weeks ago) and was wondering if it was really necessary.

I'm didn't alter my diet at all before, but I was only consuming PWO carbs anyway.

It's not necessary, the DNP will do that for you the first day or two, so why make yourself miserable beforehand.
