has anyone used the 5mg semaglutide? I got a mate running it atm but says he hasn’t felt anything yet 2 weeks in. I can’t advise as I’ve never used semaglutide.

He’s added 2ml bac water to the vial and his jabs so far have been 1iu (10 small ticks). Only thing I can suggest is to up the dose but any feedback I can pass onto him for peace of mind would be great

That's 0.25mg, starting dose. I didn't notice anything until upping it to 0.5mg then appertite started going south. Kept it at that dose as long as I could then upped it to 1mg. Seems to be the best dose for me so I can still eat but feel too full to want to over eat.

well it says EU/international not available currently
Currently is keyword, but it could be nice with a ETA. lucky i just stocked up for next 5 months or so cuz i personally dont know any other sources doing it as cheap or even can deliver to my country.
