Wondering if anyone has experience with long term nolva use to keep gyno at bay while on trt? 47 years old, about a decade on trt. Glands get tender and hard on 150mg test a week with adex keeping e2 at the low range of normal. Adex also gives me tendonitis so even if it did work for the gyno, which is doesn't, it's not a good option for me.
I've contemplated the surgery but really don't want to deal with the recovery time if I don't have to. Nolva clears up my gyno every time and keeps it gone until I come off. Slowly but surely it eventually comes back. What if I stayed on a low dose of nolva (like 2.5mg a day) long term? Anyone doing this?
