Hello MESO,

We are an analytical lab based in the USA and specialized in the analysis of health supplements, research peptides, and research chemicals.

For orders and inquiries, email: hello@chromate.org

For up-to-date pricing information, visit: chromate.org/meso

On that page you will also find guidelines for sample preparation and popular shipping options for our American customers.

Late in 2023 we performed a soft launch on this forum. Since then we have acquired new instruments, calibrated our equipment, and greatly expanded our services.

We look forward to serving you!

@UncleBuns @readalot

Thank you for your great questions.

1. We serviced and set up our Agilent 1100 MSD, enabling the positive identification of countless compounds without the need for reference standards.

2. We acquired and calibrated a Mettler XS205 analytical balance with 0.01mg sensitivity.

3. Most importantly we have eschewed our old quantitative method which relied on RRF calculations — all quantitative tests listed on our site are now backed by high quality primary and secondary reference standards.

Why is your wada prohibited substance test qualitative only?

Analiza came… and failed, and before that countless semi “analytical labs”, there is an already established service here with Jano, i dont see any incentive to use this sort of service, more so after having read the thread comparing Analiza, this lab and Jano.

Thanks for your reply. Took a look at your site. That makes sense. You don't need any reference standards for the AAS since your are doing qualitative only with the LCMS. Glad you are trying to stay within the legal area on the controlled substances.

What amu range are you using on the MS? Still some chance of type I error on the library hits without reference standards but you at least on a more sustainable track now.

Take care and best wishes.

So you only do identification and not purity of oils/orals? And that's $60?

The test is qualitative only because it uses data obtained from a mass spec detector cross-referenced against a spectral library. We are happy to discuss and try to accommodate any requests you may have for customized services over email.

You test hgh frag but not regular hgh?

We have Eur. Ph. Somatropin primary standard on hand but have not yet developed a method for it. It will require a new analytical column, and so far we have conveniently been able to perform all tests with one setup.

@Chromate how many ML’s of oil are needed for testing?

0.5mL for all services except EVOO biophenols which requires 5mL of olive oil.

We can offer 33% off your first order.

What's the incentive to use your service over an already established service

American customers can ship their samples to us for as low as $1.36 via First-Class mail. You also have the opportunity to support an American business.

There’s a dude here somewhere who needs you bad. Mixed up a ton of test and primo vials lol

I’ll try and find him
That would be a useful application. Still won't know how much (mg/ml) though and you'd need to make sure you know what you are doing on the m/z interpretation. Unwise to solely use tentative library hits.

I also placed an order for two test to give him a shot. I followed the old thread and I like his ideas. I’ll updated accordingly

I'm also inquiring about checking out what he can do. Qualitative test is okay but quantitative is very important. If he can do both accurately then he's got a great business going. Shipping to Jano is only 50 bucks and it gets there in less than a week. Bit of extra shipping charge and a few more days for quantitative testing is totally worth it to me. Would be nice to see some competition in this space but he needs to meet the current standards in order to compete.
