I've read their test reports. They're not that serious actually. Don't even have spectras...........

With the number of blind samples he's dealt with, he's either psychic, colluding with every single person that has ever sent him a blind sample or he actually tests them. Only one of the three makes sense.

It can be a useful tool for marketing if is used right but as you said a guy that signs up just to post a review is not credible even I believe is a genuine review with a genuine customer.

In his place I would drop this marketing strategy and make some budget to pay for testing(offer credit store)instead of making additional discount to unknown users as is not look good in general
After a while he would get the credibility and he would be a common used seller. Now few test the panda products for example because they have proved themselves over the years with the raws quality.
Other marketing strategies is don't curse with random users as is not showing professionals and do a general price list to actually know the price but that's another story

This i can agree with. Testing is the gold standard. An anecdotal review written up by a one post Charlie to get store credit gives me no confidence in this guy's product. Testing on the other hand certainly does.

And you have the nerve to question someone who's been here over 5yrs with potentially hundreds of test confirmed..

I ask again.. how do we know you're real?

you realze that there are huge variations in the performance of courier services?
If he packed the stuff quickly and brought it to the office quickly then delivery time is out of the hand for the source. There are inner-european deliveries where i have waited 6 weeks for the order..

@janoshik I do have a question though, how do you measure those really small amounts in pills? Like T4 thyroid, it's so small that its not even in MG but its measured MCG! How do you accurately do that? Just curious, do you crush up the pill or something?

All pills must be crushed and dissolved (well the soluble parts of the tab) to be tested.

You can increase sensitivity by several ways - you dissolve the pill in less solvent (eg. viagra is dissolved in 100 ml MeOH, but you can dissolve mcg T3 pill in 5 ml MeOH), you inject more in the machine (eg. 0.5 ul with viagra, 100 ul with T3) etc.

So in the end, with 100 mg viagra in 100 ml MeOH with 0.5 ul injected you have 0.5 mcg of viagra on column and with 25 mcg T3 in 5 ml and 100 ul injected you have 0.5 mcg on column too if I'm counting right.

That's just an example
