Clen/t3 and xanax

I want to start taking clen and t3: 80mcg, 50 mcg respectively before bed everynight. I currently take .5-1mg of xanax every night to sleep (makes it easy to sleep on gear like a baby). I'm extremely sensitive to stimulants.
My question is, will taking xanax along with the clen and t3 somehow disrupt their metabolic pathway? Meaning will they not preform to their fullest potential if I manage to get a good night's rest?
I was hoping the thermogenic properties would still remain in effect and I would be able to just sleep through the inconvenient feelings.
I'm hoping that I don't have to suffer through 100% of the sides associated those stimulants in order to reap the benefits. I really don't want to give up my xanax.

So you take xanax for sleep. Even though its a potent anti anxiety. Which I use for PTSD. Your extremely sensitive to stimulants but want to use clen. But you don't want to give up your xanax because let's be honest your addicted to it. Does that about sum it up. Just reading that should open your eyes to how irresponsible you are being. And just a heads up. Benzo withdrawal is horrible. Clen is not for you.
That's why I was prescribed Xanax for my PTSD. 2MG a day of Xanax and an Ambien at night time for sleep. But I only use it as needed. Needless to say I have a stockpile of Xanax and ambien. They recently prescribed me provigil/modafinil for focus and concentration. I take that as needed as well.

Yeah I'm prescribed 1mg 3x a day as needed. Like you I have a pile of it. Its great at knocking the panic attack down when suffering from a bout of PTSD. But I would never want to use it as a crutch just to make it through a cycle of gear. You need to respect xanax. Hope your doing well with your PTSD bro.

Same as you bro. I don't use it as a crutch to make it through a cycle. I'm lucky that the only side I get from tren is minor night sweats. Definitely need to respect Xanax. I'm doing ok. Can't complain, I go through my bouts with PTSD here and there. No more than 2 times a year. Unless I have some crazy shit going on. When I'm going through it, I just want to be alone. Actually going through a PTSD bought now. It's going on 3 weeks. I know my triggers. And wife is setting it off. But I step back think it through go to the gym and lift until I'm exhausted.

Thanks for asking bro. Hope you're doing well with your PTSD as well. Shit is no joke.

I hate modifinil. I tried it for focus and motivation. Gnarly headache and just plain feeling crappy. I can't take benzos as I am in recovery and I cant take amphetamines for the same reason. So I thought I would give modifinil a try. I hate it. Good luck on your PTSD.

See, to each his own. I would never even consider a cycle if I had an active 3mg per day xanax prescription... there are very active mental health issues that need to be addressed and gear or being on is not going to help your situation.
You think going into a cycle with mental health issues is okay (youre doing it) but taking .5MG to sleep is addict status?

Getting off benzos was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I couldn't read and studdered. People underestimate how strong benzos are. 3mg a day doesn't make you an addict at all. You are dependent as would any human taking 3mg a day. An addict is usually dependent. But depenence doesn't make an addict.

Modafinil is definitely working for me. But I only take it on days I know will be long. Thanks bro.

I'm not on gear chief. I quit back in September. I also take them for a legit medical reason. You take them while on gear because you can't sleep because of the gear. If you didn't take gear you wouldn't need them. Big difference. Please tell me your not trying to tell me I need to address my mental illness "situation". My " situation" is 5 deployments and a 16 year military career. There's a lot of combat vets on this site. So yeah I've seen a lot of fukd up shit as a USAF JTAC. So if I start having a panic attack and can't control it I use my meds. No one is saying you can't take it. But as you said you need it to sleep while on cycle. If you didn't use gear you wouldn't need it. Correct?

Hope you get well brother. Therapy and meds work. It takes time. But hopefully the episodes become few and far between.

I've been taking modafinil for a while for cognitive enhancement with great results, and it helps get my lazy ass up in the morning. I order from overseas without a prescription. I was under the impression that it could only be prescribed for narcolepsy and it hasn't been approved to treat focus/concentration issues. You mind sharing the details of how/why your doc prescribed them?

And @Thinkbig did you get an RX for your modafinil as well?

I'm a Vet just like @hurricane and multiple deployments. Aside from the sleep issues. I was able to get it scripted because I was put into the class of people that work weird shifts. My body doesn't function like it used to. My body got used to sleeping in the day and going out on mission in the might most of the time. So they prescribe xanax and ambien for sleep and anxiety. The modafinil helps with concentration and focus through out the day.

This is how my body works. I want to sleep during the day and around 6-8 pm is when I start waking up.

Right now it's 3:25 am eastern. I should be sleep. But this is the routine of most combat vets. I will get back to sleep probably about 4. I don't take my meds every day because I want my body to try and normalize as much as possible. The only time I take it is when I can't or know I won't get any sleep.

With my disabilities from the military I can get just about anything prescribed to me, if I asked for it.

Yup. Only us vets would be up at these hours. Hope all is well bro.

Up for good now. I'm doing pretty good. I went through some good training on recognizing my triggers and exposure training. But it doesn't help with sleep. This is the new norm for us. Usually I can get a few hours of sleep during the day.

I'm glad you're not on gear. It's scary to think you may have a bout of PTSD and with the increased aggression of certain compounds you impulsively react and find yourself in a situation where harm is caused to yourself or others. I was prescribed xanax for aniexty but I told myself NO I will not take this and used cardio/excersie as my mental release. Your right I've come to the point where I don't need it off cycle but aren't we all trying to gain as much as possible during cycle? If I use a minimal dose for sleep I consider it cycle support, in my eyes it only attributes to more progression.

THAT BEING SAID, this thread has taken a completely unintended direction and has turned into a discussion unrelated to my initial question. Sigh. Anyways thank you @DonQKong for your answers. I will experiment with lower doses and no xanax then increase the clen/t3 and see what happens.

Appreciate that bro. I do therapy twice a month and it does help. But like you stated. It takes time. Just hoping one day I will be able to handle it all without meds. Take care of yourself bro.

Thank you. I hope you got some sleep. While I am not a vet nor do I have PTSD. I do have major depressive disorder and have been on psychmeds since I was 18. I got sober when I turned 30 and spent time in psychwards and became familiar with all sorts of mental illnesses. They are not a joke and do NOT mean you or anyone has weak will power. This stuff is all biological. Period. I have to be careful with AAS as they especially tren and masteron can aggravate anxiety and anger. If it were not for the fact I am on antidepressants, I do not think my relationships could handle me on those two. Anyway, hope you have a good day. If anyone reads this thread. I hope they know they are not alone and they can get better. Unfortunately the path to recovery from mental illness or addiction is SLOW. VERY SLOW.

And @Thinkbig did you get an RX for your modafinil as well?

Yes mine is from my doctor. Insurance wont cover the RX. They want me to take adderral as it is much cheaper. This would ignite my addiction and completely ruin my life, so I wont take that. I have found that Costco fills my Rx for about 30 bucks I believe. Problem is when I take Modafinil is makes me anxious and around lunch time I feel pretty crappy, the rest of the day. IT didnt do this the first two months. But now even with taking a month or more off it makes me feel pretty rough. So I rarely take it. I have tried the stuff online as well before I found Costco to fill my rx as it is so dang expensive at my CVS. If you have a good relationship with your doctor ask him or her. What I have found is with regard to doctors, if I am honest they can treat me properly. When I hide crap that's when I get in trouble. Some doctors though are stuck in their ways and wont help regardless. If that is your doctor, then maybe find a new one. Do not get my wrong my doctor wont rx me opiods or anything like that, he will though explore more non conventional things, IE testosterone, an AI, Modafinil etc.

Ursher, I am not a doctor and I am not sure of the answer to this. I do believe benzos act on our GABA pathways. Not sure about this. IF this is the case it would be worth a search to see if benzos cause weight gain. If they do look into why... What I do know is benzos do not allow us to get deepsleep that is beneficial for muscle repair. It limits the amount of REM we get. The only drug that doesn't hurt this to my knowledge is GHB aka the date rape drug. So do you feel better and more rested on XANAX the morning after? Yes you do because it seems like you are getting great sleep. But I do know from a ton of psych courses and psychopharmachology is you are not getting the same restful sleep as a crappy night sleep without any drugs. Be careful with T3. I experimented with it under my doctors care and went up to 100mcg. Sure it made me eat a little crappier, but the amount of fat lost was equal to that of muscle lost. So it was a wash. Then when I got off it I gained weight regardless of my diet. I think T3 and T4 sucks IMO. Diet is really the only way to go.

I have over 2000 2mg Xanax bars at home and to be honest with you it gets quite boring taking those. I feel like a zombie and forget things when I'm on them. I haven't touched any of the pills in months. Good luck getting off. It's a lot easier than people make it out to be, just stop taking them and within a week or two you'll feel amazing.

To the question at hand however, please do not attempt to cycle while on Xanax, it is extremely counterproductive. Get clean first.
