pump? .... I have been reading up on clen and some people say to take it two days on/two days off...I have read that this theory is wrong. Clen is a beta2 antagonist, so it activates those receptors which results in increase body temp and fat loss. However, if you keep antagonizing those receptors your body will compensate by shutting them down and you will loose the benefit of taking the clen...since clen has a complete half life of 1.5 days, 2days on/2 days off will keep the levels of clen in your system up and will result in nothing once you body shuts down those receptors...so the best way is one week on, one week off...people also go 2weeks on/2 weeks off, but then I hear your body crashes at the end of those two weeks and you become extremely lethargic and tired...so one week on/one week off seems the best to me...I have also read cycling up and down the dosage during those weeks is also recommended. I think the average does is 100-120 mcg and that 140 is pushing it...so say you were going to top off at 80 mcg /day you would scale a 7 day week like: 20, 40, 60, 80, 60, 40, 20..then one week off. The scaling of the concentration is something that I have only seen a few places, others just say things like take 100 mcgs/day and nothing about this scaling stratagy....I forget the logic behind it off the top of my head...
also I have not yet done a clen cycle but I am going to start as soon as I get my hands on some, so I am still a newbie when it comes to this stuff, this is just some of the results from my research. Hope this helps.
