Yo guys I've been MIA for awhile (thank Uncle Sam for that) and I'm ready for my next cycle. I will be competing in a show this April and here is my cycle. I have never ran Tren before so I am looking for help with dosage. I thought about adding in Anavar but thought that would be too many orals.

3rd cycle

10 weeks (ending two weeks prior to show)
Weeks 1-10 Test Prop 125mg eod
Weeks 1-10 Mast P 100mg eod
Weeks 1-8 Tren Ace 100mg eod
Weeks 5-10 Winny 50mg ed
Weeks 5-6 & 9-10 Clen 20mcg ed
Weeks 1-12 HCG 500mg/week
Weeks 1-10 Arimidex .5mg eod

PCT
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 75/50/50/50

I would rather pin everyday but I travel out of town for work every other week for a night and I am not risking going through TSA with my gear, checked bag or not.

There is also a potential work trip in March that would be at least 2 nights away. Not sure how to handle that one either. Any suggestions?

Questions:
Test/Tren ration? Which should be higher? I have seen both ways,
Mast P dosage?
Would it be OK to run Clen all the way up to the show?
Drop an oral for Anavar?

Any/all advice is welcome. Thanks!

Dosages seem fine. Fairly mild for a show cycle. Consider starting winny low and ramping up towards the show. I’d make tren the last 8 weeks vs the first 8. You’ll want to keep your anti-e in to the show. Stop all aromatizing drugs for sure, but not sure you want to cut everything that far out when it’s all short esters.

Test:tren is a personal thing, have to feel it out. For your first tren go 350 is good and run test higher than the tren.

As for the 2 day trip; either just pin the day you leave and the second you get back or the two days before you leave. Won’t kill you.
 
I agree with @Mac11wildcat. It all looks good but the tren, winny, Mast, AI (needs to go up to crush E2 the last 2 weeks) and clen need to run all the way thru the show day.

Drop the test 1-2 weeks out and bump the tren up some or add that anavar in the last month.

I've never seen anyone run HCG during a prep especially up to a show. I'd say that you probably don't want to drop it that close in case it causes some weird reaction in your look.

As far as pct after a show just expect for things to be messed up for a while. You're literally crushing your E2 on purpose and dropping all Test for 2 weeks so your levels will be all over the place. Ease into it and ease out of it.

I did the dosage like this because I've never ran Tren or Mast before, only Test and Deca, and didn't want to do too much my first time.

Run the Tren and Mast without Test the last 2 weeks? Wouldn't it make more sense to run all of it together and drop all of it one week out?

So no HCG at all? My first cycle I did not use HCG and I said I will never do a cycle without it again.
 
What division are you competing in @KingPin42? Have a coach?

I’ll be in men’s physique.

No I don’t have a coach yet. I was going to use AJ Sims, Cement Factory on Instagram, but he would only start me 8 weeks out. I wanted longer than that. So I’m still looking.

I’m in the Pacific Northwest if you have any recommendations.

I'm not huge on the no test for the last 2 weeks though...

This isn’t me down-talking physique, but you can get plenty lean and dry for a local physique show without pulling drugs, IMO. It simplifies things. The pulling of drugs pre-contest is in no way ideal for being steady, feeling good or recovering. It’s a tactic for the best stage look, all else ignored.

This would also need to be coordinated with a coach if they aren’t handling your drugs too.

Also, no proximity based recommendations, for you. Sorry. Don’t be afraid to use an online coach though. It’s 2019, it works. Not a fan of Sims personally, but that’s a personal choice. You should be comfortable on a personal level with whatever coach you choose.

100% All of the above. Online coaching works very well if you're honest with your coach, trust his judgment and don't try to enhance your progress pics. The coach needs to see how you really look, no filters or fancy lighting. You won't have that on stage so using those techniques for coaching pics is just doing your self a disservice.

Oh, and any coach that limits you to 8 week of prep only is a red flag and means he probably has a cookie cutter program that he uses for everyone and that won't get it done.

Prep time is based on your current condition, level of competition, PED usage, personal experience with competing and several other factors. A good coach should be able to assess you using several points of reference then make recommendations for the prep programming that will include some variables and allow for some small changes if needed.

As previously stated, competing has zero to do with health, feeling good or being/feeling "normal". For those that want to win, it's all about doing whatever it takes to look the best on stage for 1 or 2 days.

Most competitors that have major issues that put them in the hospital are the day before the show, day of the show or the days following the show as the extreme measures can cause reactions that get out of hand.

Men’s physique was another reason for the lower dosages.

I know I can get on stage shape without but I’m not satisfied with 2nd place anymore. Been there completely natty and won’t again.

After seeing your reply’s last night I was actually thinking of re working my cycle completely. I won’t do @fodsod’s recommendation of 2 weeks no test for a physique show. IMO it’s not worth it especially at a local level (at nationals it could be an option). I’m debating just running a test/winny cycle instead. Nothing crazy but just enough test to maintain muscle during the hard cut.

I used an online coach before, William Grazione, and he was a cutter cutter plan piece of shit who ignored me. So trust me I will be very careful who I choose to use again.

AJ scared me off when he only would do 8 weeks. Sounds like he cares more about sucking his own dick with the short prep time and great results than actually getting people prepared.

And as far as down talking physique. Dude I get it haha. I planned to make the jump to CP but I would be nowhere big enough to compete for a pro card and since that’s my end goal this makes more sense for me.

I get the whole manta ‘risk it to get the biscuit’ But this is a local NPC show. No need to fuck myself up for that. Again if this were nationals it would be different.
 
Sounds like you get it. I applaude the decision. Odds are the small % points you gain from drying completely out aren’t going to matter at the local level.

Get lean withna competent coach and you’ll be good.

Sounds like you've got a decent handle on your stuff and you've already made some hard line decisions on how you want to proceed. You might want to consider forgoing a coach and try this prep on your own and just ask some questions as you go if needed. It can be a very satisfying feeling when you get it right on your own.

Coaches are great but no one can know you like you. There's a lot of good that can come by figuring it out on your own. Just some food for thought.

Failing that, going solo isn't a bad idea especially if its your first show - use it as a learning experience for the future.

Yes sir only 10 weeks. If I decide to go with just test/winny I’ll drop this 1-2 weeks out.

This isn’t my first show and not my first cycle. I want a coach for peak week and to keep my honest and give me a kick in the ass when I need it. I would prefer a local coach for those exact reasons but I’m not opposed to doing it online if it’s the right person.

Question for you since you do this. I’m currently taking in 2800 cals. If I jump on 500mg of test/week what should my cals look like? I was planning on just going on feel but since you have experience...
