Is this a question about prep or offseason? I would advise you start prep at a MUCH higher caloric intake.

Just for prep with test.

2800 right now is perfect for me while off gear but once I get on I know I need to take more. I just don’t want to take too much during a cut.
 
Question for you since you do this. I’m currently taking in 2800 cals. If I jump on 500mg of test/week what should my cals look like? I was planning on just going on feel but since you have experience...
500mg will positively impact partitioning (you'll lose more fat, no muscle) and slightly increase overall EE. By how much exactly I cannot say - widely varied individual response. I'd recommend letting the weekly numbers along with your chosen rate of progress dictate dietary adjustments - as you would naturally - rather than ballpark predictions based on the AAS doses.

Changed up the cycle to this:

Wks 1-10 600mg/wk Test e
Wks 1-10 400mg/wk Mast e
Wks 5-10 Winny 50mg/ed
Clen 8 weeks. 2 on/2 off cycle

Typical ADEX/HCG/PCT.
