Again sorry for bad lighting ^.


Just this product nothing else.
Starting weight 163 lbs. Height : 5'8
Plots: Barbell Squats, Squat thrust,bench,butterflies,Incline/Decline/Handstand pushups,Farmer's Walk,Weighted Dips,Suspended Pushups(only hands touch surface)weighted pullups,Shoulder press,overhead press, chest press.

This one is to test for as much possible use of the product in means of lean weight gain. I will be sharply upping my calories. I drink at least a half gallon of organic whole milk a day, also supplement other needed EFA's/FA's.

Lean proteins, beef, seafood, etc.
Syntha-6,MV,Fish Oil. That's it. And No other PH's.

4 Weeks.

Definitely got some work to do.
But lookin Forward to it.

First update, been feeling a little run down, prly from weather and shit. Working ~ARMS~ & *Shoulders* later.

Upping Carbs as well, oats,cinnamon,bananas, or shredded wheat,cinnamon.

Updating again ( 6:PM ) --> later on.

Any feedback is welcome!

  • Workout Went Very Well !
  • Serious Feeling Present on this As Well!
  • Feels like this Will Definitely Have More Physical Effects than Epi-Andro!

Haven't been feeling well last couple days, but prior to that BP kept skyrocketing, so I changed my diet around a little bit and added American Ginseng - now it is stable.

To clarify...

MV,Fish Oil,EFA's,Amino's (Amino IV - PES),Syntha-6,American Ginseng.

Also have noticed with this product, a possible insomnia issue...
Not sure if its just the dosing time (1 morning, one evening) or the Androgenic effect.

No stims or N.O boosters though.



  • Strength despite the hard times, still way up and beyond.
  • Even on the days where my calories were down a hella lot from being Sick, not being able to keep food down.
  • Managed to get a little done. But not overworking of course.
  • No change in any other aspect other than Pumps so far.
  • Will keep updating!
 
1/13/13​


1.) Added more core body workouts today; included stretches, weighted ab workouts, more cardio as well to help counteract any sides.

2.) Still feeling mega-pumps, vascularity and hardness is very noticeable.
Lifts went up a few pounds even, and endurance is through the roof.

3.) Body Temp - Sporting the freezing temps...being outside is feeling comfortable - going to take advantage of it. Have a whole lifting arena outside as well.

4.) BP is alright now, at one point it rose up up to 168/94 !!!

Wtf how can everyone gets bp with dmz except for me, do you actually feel it real bad?

I didn't feel shit. Felt my red count get high, but not the high BP, and that's just it for most people. Until you're waaayyy high like constant headache, nose bleed, renal failure high, unless you monitor, you probably won't know. Damage is being done all the same though.

Exactly! It's hard to tell at first and you still tackle your workouts the same for the most part.

@Candyskull; call it old style but I use durable buckets of rocks and water. But I have also used custom fillable weights with handle, and large boulders (two hands required). I live in a country area with alotta places to move and exploit for workouts.

I was doing that, but I need something with a bigger handle that's heavier... Thinking of just fabbing my own setup soon.

-->10 extra reps in pull ups, no joke, 43 fucking Pull ups!
-->Feeling like an Animal on this shit!

Tomorrow is Leg day!

No further issues with BP, so that problem is taken care of. Insomnia is not an issue either.

  • Even when Idle, muscles often feel stiff and pumped..
  • Euphoric Workouts!
  • Leg Pumps; getting back into Jiu Jitsu and Ninjitsu as well.
  • Adding more Cardio and Stretches really Helps, of course timing is key and over doing it is not my intention.
  • Gotta keep strength up for the Lifts!!
  • Intense "Alpha" Feeling, not surprising, although this wouldn't be too different from my usual personality.

-Shopping Day
-Going to pick up some nice Sirloins, some Carnivor, some roast beef...ahh the Power of Beef!!
-Scrambled Eggs, Onions, Pieces of Steak and Chicken cut up for Breakfast.
-Heading to the Gym around 1.

Chest and Tri's, then Abs, Cardio later today.
Pushing for as much weight as possible.
Dips,Crunches - of course!

Updating again later.
 
Workouts have been very productive! Strength, Pumps, Vascularity, Endurance up.

Incredible focus, no further issues with BP. In fact, I am not even getting the same spikes.

Nearing the end of this cycle... Will finish off with a Blast (complete insane workout with every thing, going to include a couple more core workouts, besides farmer's walk/Squats, weighted dips / pull ups. )

ULTIMATE CONCLUSION AND FINAL THOUGHTS



After a full month I can honestly say this product was the most powerful PH/DS product from IML, and one of the strongest, if not the strongest hormonal products in general. The pumps were rediculous, full body pumps really. Every muscle group had to get it!
The feeling was addicting. Every workout was anticipated heavily.
Appetite was up. Vascularity was insane.

Now, for a while I did have a slight BP elevation, and it got higher, and higher...I had to change my diet and add in american ginseng to get the BP down. Might be a slightly unheard of way to do it, but diet really means everything next to training. Organic Beets w/Roots was added.

After this was all taken care of, continued hitting the workouts full force. Weights felt lighter and lighter, pumps stronger and stronger, bench went up 10lbs alltogether. Leg Press went up as well. Endurance was crazy high.

Sorry if there was a slight lack of description in the past updates. But I think this just about sums it up here...
