How you fellas doing?
Sry I done fell off the threads other than TGI thread.
What you guys running these days?
Blast or cruise?

I cruised for awhile on
Test e 150 mg
Tren e 100 mg
Mast e 100 mg.
Then I dropped to just
Test e 150 mg for a month
Then jumped on my blast
Week 1-12
Tpp/npp 125mg eod
Mast P 100mg eod
Test p 100mg eod
Week 9-12
Dbol 40 mg
Winny 50 mg
3 days dbol, then 3 days winny
Then repeat.
Right now I’m on week 3
First 2 weeks I only got in 5 workouts
Which sucked! Family/girlfriend/kids took a lot of my spare time.
But damn I just got to roll with the punches.
But this week I’m picking it up.
Hoping to get as much out this blast as possible. Then I’m gonna cruise for 8 weeks and run 1 last blast for the year.
Gonna be 18 weeks
Week 1-10

Looks like morefyas low dose kitchen sink blast last year
 
Doing well @The ole man, still cruising but planning my next blast. Thinking 12 weeks Test Cyp at 500 per week with a 4 week kicker of drol at 50mg per day. If the drol goes well then will finish the last 4 weeks either 50mg or 100mg per day drol.

Your squats are solid man. I’m looking forward to this Sunday to see how I can improve last week. Hopefully get a couple extra reps with 315. Well- that’s the goal at least.

I’ve heard ppl talk about that anadrol and love it Are you doing the 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off? I think I remember you saying something like that.
I am doing my orals different now too.
3 days dbol, 3 days winny.
And repeat for 4 weeks.
Also doing it at end of cycle instead of as kicker to start. But I’m actually using short esters now tho so no real need to have a kicker to start my blast.
Pinning eod now, 3 ml each time.
Pip kicked my ass the first 2 weeks but now I’m getting used to it.
Pip is easily tolerable now.

Today is an off day and I m enjoying it with my grandkids.

Prepped all my meals for the week. Changed from ground turkey to lean ground beef and bbqed them. Cheaper and tastes better lol

Working out my next blast which if all goes well I should start in a week or two. Thanks @FourOneDeuxFitt for the suggestions and ideas.

Looking like the following
1-12 Test Cyp 600mg/wk split into 2 doses
1-4 Anadrol 50mg/day split into 2 doses
9-12 Anadrol 100mg/day split into 2 doses if the first run goes well, if not will either go 50mg or skip it and save for another blast.

I have Adex, Pharma Ralox and Nolva if needed.

As mentioned in my last post about ready to blast off. Order in today will be running test cyp and drol. Will be working out my diet this week and open to suggestions. Will continue to run creeping death for entire 12 week blast
 
@FourOneDeuxFitt or anyone, if you can Critique my planned diet for the bulk and blast.
Keep in mind the cycle will be
Wk 1-12 Test Cyp at 600mg per wk
Wk 1-4 Anadrol at 50mg per day
Wk 9-12 Anadrol at 50 or 100mg per day if all goes well with first 4 weeks.

Weighed in Sunday at 203.4lbs at 5 foot 10 inch. Guessing BF still up some 15ish. Will be running John Meadows Creeping Death 2, 2 days on 1 day off 3 days on 1 day repeat.

Food to consist of
Lean ground beef 4-5 of my meals then steak, chops, fish, chicken for supper with wife.

All natural PB

2 whey protein shakes with 2% milk day post and before bed
2 Carbion with creatine Mono and eaa pre and intra
