@OdieM @Happycamper Thank you both so much for the really helpful advice. I'm glad y'all told me to stick with my current dose because had I not posted on here to get a second-opinion, I would've upped it out of greed, ha.

I'll finish off the last half of my cycle without upping it any further. It's quite tempting but I will stay here and be patient.

Yeah I think 15mg for you is like 20mg for me based on height and weight. That's really the basis of my opinion to not up the dose. I think the pharmacom var is slightly underdosed, too.

I say underdosed because you smaller ladies are running relatively high doses than what I've seen recommended for your size which is no more than 10mg, 12.5mg at the most for a first cycle. Usually 5mg is run for a first cycle.

These elite athletes have access to pharm grade var, which I hear is the most amazing thing ever. Even guys say that 20mg is enough for them of pharm grade.

Not true. Lots of us here have access to it as well. SmashFit got some towards the end of her cycle and said she felt no difference then she did from taking the same dose she was taking of pharmacons stuff. With Pharma your just guaranted that it's dosed correct. Doesn't make it better. 10mg of var is 10mg of var.


Edit: I thought like you did to and was going to get me some is how I know this. Shit is very very expensive and really no different then UGL var if it's dosed right.

Okey dokey artichokey. Lol. You just hear different things from people. I came across the pharm grade var comment more than once in my research though.

Yesterday I finally broke my PR by 10lbs. for flat bench. I think I could've upped the weight a bit more but didn't want to risk it since I didn't have a spotter, and I really didn't feel like asking some random dude for help. Oh well, next time.

I'm still eating at a slight surplus and making sure I've been hitting my protein goal each day. To be honest, I haven't been strict as far as carbs and fats go. Some days I'll have more carbs and less fat and other days I'll eat higher fat and less carbs. I do make sure that the majority of it is good fats though and I try to limit myself to starchy carbs.

Oh, and I got asked again if I'm prepping for a competition. :)

I don't think so. That isn't what you are training for.

Once you finish this run it wouldn't hurt to test. Don't know what your future training plans are but many programs have set and rep schemes based on a percentage of your 1 rep max.

I laid there a little too long in between doing ab exercises at the end of my workout. I was so exhausted and felt like I could fall asleep right then and there.

Nothing new to note as far as sides except I've been starting to feel lethargic by early afternoon. Not sure what's going on because I've had so much energy both day and night during these past four weeks. It might be my body telling me to rest a little more. I have been sleeping earlier the past few nights but it doesn't seem to be helping.

I decided to take a full rest day since I've been feeling really exhausted the past few days. Did a lot of walking around while carrying a toddler the whole time. That counts for something, right?:p

Oh, and my legs and glutes have definitely grown. I nearly split my jeans while getting ready this morning, lol. Time to buy new pants.
