That is a straight razor. It should work pretty well but I think they are slightly thicker than a safety razor blade. Straights are supposed to stay sharp for a pretty long time, safety's are just nice and small. Very thin also. View attachment 41405

Nooo! I'm sad to hear that. I was going to ask you if you plan on updating your log with how it's been for you while being off. Would love to hear how your experience goes for post cycle. I'm dreading the days following after my cyle.

To say I've been anxious about coming off is an understatement. My mind is on my body and it's strength every free second. I wanted to pull my max this morning to check my strength, but I knew that was stupid so I did a bit less. I'm currently on the treadmill for the second time today just to burn off this anxious energy I have...it's not pretty. But I have a tendency to overblow such things, so I'm waiting a week at least to update officially.

There isn't that butt pump I've had all cycle though...I usually was walking up to the power rack every morning with this badass pump in my ass that motivated me. I felt sort of light and empty on my first workout back although I cramped bad during deadlifts. Idk...my head is swimming.

Edit: physically I feel great, btw. Energetic and strong. It's just anxiety after hitting great numbers that last week and how it's going to go from there. :)

Great update and looking forward to hearing about the upcoming weeks. Super sad about no booty pump. That's one of the best things about being on cycle! Hopefully you will not lose much strength gainz, if any. I read that females keep most of their gainz after cycle. We shall see!
 
Day 29

Weight this morning: 136.2.

Not much to report as I just had an active rest day. I did my favorite HIIT cycling class, along with some light glute work.

I was a little surprised to see the scale jump up by a whole pound since yesterday morning. Interestingly enough, I woke up looking a little leaner, less puffy.

Cardio
30 minute HIIT cycling class

Banded hip thrusts
3 x 15

BW dips using bench
3 x 15

Cable kickbacks
#2 plate 2 x 15
#1 plate 1 x 15

Funny story. While I was working out earlier, this older gentleman I know and kind of trust came up to me, smiled, winked, then gently squeezed my bicep and whispered, "Are you on steroids?" Mind you, he clearly uses AAS or used to cycle back in his bodybuilding competitor days. My initial reaction was excitement, and I whispered back, "Can you tell?!" He laughed and said, "Did you just say can you tell?" Then he shook his head and sarcastically said, "Because it's not like diet and training really work." Then, he told me to take it as a compliment and has noticed I've been beefing up lately. I quickly realized he was just kidding about the steroid comment. LOL. I quickly back-peddled and talked about how much harder I've been dedicating myself and eating more. Hahaha, oh man.

Moral of the story is, don't be gullible like me and accidentally throw yourself under the bus, ladies and gentlemen.:cool::eek:

Been accused of it for years. If l'm asked while in the gym I just say It must be the creatine. If I'm asked out side the gym I tell them I don't even lift :cool:

Weighed in at 135.2.

I haven't done a "real" rest day in who knows how long, so I decided to give my body a little break. Hit the sack super early since I've been staying up way to late over the past couple weeks.



Day 31
Weighed in at 136.4.

Woke up this morning feeling so much more refreshed. I upped my dose back to 12.5mg per day because I've been feeling a bit lethargic over the last couple days. Not sure if it's in my head or attributed to lack of sleep. I guess I'll just stay at this dose because it was working for me just fine. Hardly any sides, nice strength gainz, and seeing body changing. Why fix it if it's not broken, right?

I broke my hip thrust PR and was able to do 310lbs. pretty easy. Well, not easy but I was able to get the full range of motion with each rep. Yeah baby!:)
If only I could squat and DL that much, ha.

I was a little nervous because I could tell that one of the jacked trainers at my gym was watching me while he was with a client. After he saw me do my set, he came up to me and gave me a fist bump while saying, "Damn!" Haha.

Sides: As I mentioned earlier, I've been feeling a little lethargic the past couple days, hair still gets a bit oily but nothing a daily shampoo can't fix, and painful pumps during workouts. My period has been much lighter than usual, but is still lasting just as long.

I haven't been consistent with taking Taurine, but need to change that ASAP because I feel like it's starting to interfere with my workouts. I'm still eating at a slight deficit and drinking about a gallon of water per day.

Haha I'll admit I pop in from time to time. I'm a guy after all but I've never done anything but like pics and talk about how I would never disrespect my wife like that. Some things are for my eyes only.
Is it still disrespectful if your wife was ok with it that's a serious question because sometimes I debate if it's wrong lol
