Crystal's 1st Cycle Log. Anavar Only.

Again, I'm going to have to guess @Trapmonster must respond well to this drug if he's getting that kind of result.

I would not get your hopes up to drop a percentage of bodyfat every week - it's not the norm. But you can see good results!
I talked to @Trapmonster about his diet in the past and it's pretty hardcore. I'm sure it was a combo of good diet adherence and the substance. But yes, I agree about being realistic.

Have either of you ever done DNP?

That's what I've heard, as well as it practically melting the ovaries for females. It came to mind when you said rapid fat loss. I have clen that I haven't touched because of fears.

It's not just ovaries, it's everything. There is no known safe dosage of DNP, and deaths have occurred at doses commonly used by bodybuilders. And the risk of developing cataracts is also very high.

Clenbuteral is a walk in the park compared to DNP.

Before deciding to use any drug, one must evaluate the risks and benefits and decide if the good outweighs the bad. In the case of DNP the evidence is clear: the risk is unacceptably high. Personally I wouldnt go near it.

I'm on another board...there are members who experience peripheral neuropathy as well. It's crazy dangerous and I see it suggested so casually! Usually by people who got too fat on cycle and want to take a quick path. I haven't seen it used in professional bodybuilding that often who understand dieting and have their cardio and training in check.

The var gets super good at the end of your cycle and there are gains to be made! You'll lean out real good about 2 weeks post cycle so ride it out and then you will look fantastic.

Yes, I'm so damn indecisive about wanting to cut or keep building. I feel like I put on some lean muscle in these six weeks so far, but seeing the extra pudge is killing me!

Have to agree with HC. Muscle is hard to build compared to losing fat. You started using Anavar because you wanted to build muscle, so stay the course until your cycle is finished and then cut. The extra muscle will help with cutting anyway. If you try shifting goals midcycle you'll be disappointed with results.

It's unfortunate that it's discussed so casually on other forums but not surprising. That's another reason why Meso is the best.;)

Ahh, I know you and @Happycamper are right about it. The extra fat gain is really messing with my head, though. Okay, I went back to the drawing board and now I think I might eat at maintenance and see if I can still make muscle gainz while losing fat or at least keeping extra fat at a far distance. I told you guys I'm indecisive. *sigh*

I think it's one of your better ideas. You won't gain much muscle but with a little cardio your will lose fat and tone up and in the end you will look bigger even though the scale won't say so.

Learn to love the fat. No one ever built big muscles without adding a little fat along the way.Think of it as a sign of progress.

Yeah girly you will look awesome. I love my shape more and more each day. The var sort of compounds with each passing week even with the half life so it just powers you up as long as you're eating and training hard. The last bit of my cycle was my favorite. It's like I had been completely saturated with the stuff. I ate aND lifted so much.

I tried but it's just so hard. I'm happy with what I see in the mirror while I'm lifting and have the muscle pump. But without the pump and not flexing, all I can focus on is the extra fat covering my new gainz.

Okay, I'm going to eat at maintenance but if I have those days where I'm utterly starving, I won't deprive myself. How's that? Can you guys see I'm trying to bargain here? Lol!

Welcome to everyone's world who actually lifts. Everyone wants that pump look. Just gotta keep grinding. It's a never ending story though. You'll never catch the pump because as you progress that look always does too

You don't even have to love it Crystal just learn to tolerate it for a few more weeks. Plenty of time to tighten everything up when the cycle is finished. I don't think you have much that needs tightening anyway. I'm sure you are your own biggest critic.

So grow your muscles to the size they are when pumped. Problem solved.

I get it. It's playing with your head. Just keep telling yourself it's temporary, and it's really easy to lose post cycle.

Just gotta catch up on reality for a minute ;)

Eating at maintenance is a good idea. I'd cut out the cardio just until the end of cycle to make sure you're getting enough calories, and also so when you come off and want to lean out, cardio can be your fat torcher with less of a deficit so you can keep as much of your gains as possible.
