Crystal, just my 2 cents, you are fairly high on the Albuterol, you do realize you don't have to do it the point you get sides... Most females should do fine up to 8mg a day... I think your body is telling you that is too much.

And don't lose hope... I'm sure your mind plays tricks on you and you need to remind yourself how far you've come. Adjusting your diet will help, try something different, maybe change up one of your meals or the timing of what you are eating and see how your body responds... doesn't necessarily mean you need to cut calories but try adjusting how, what and when you take them in...

Also, low intensity cardio will help with fat burn, I don't think you should stop it. Cardio is very important in what you are trying to achieve. Change things up and I am sure you will notice changes. Keep your body guessing.
 
Day 41, 4/16/16

Weight: 134.6

I decided to copy my workouts on here onto a composition notebook. I realized that a few weeks ago I was confused about my Var dosage and was indeed taking up to 15mg. per day. Anyway, I bumped back up to 15 since I didn't have any extra sides or issues at that dose. I took 10mg. in the morning and 5mg. in the evening.

I also took a total of 9mg. of Albuterol. I had so much energy during my workout and felt like I could've kept lifting all night. The shakiness subsided a bit since yesterday and I seem to have adjusted fairly quick to this dose.

Went to the gym in the evening, which was a really bad idea. It was packed wall to wall and I couldn't do the workout I really wanted to do. Had to make do with what was available.

Same dose of Anavar and Albuterol as yesterday.

I am noticeably leaner ever since I started taking Albuterol. Not sure if it's fat loss, water or both, but I like it so far. Down 4 pounds in the last week.

Couldn't do heavy hip thrusts today because it was too damn packed in the gym. People standing around everywhere socializing and too many people sitting around on machines not doing jack. So annoying.:mad: Again, had to just kind of do whatever was available.

Did a mix of arms and legs. It was so random that it's not even worth me writing it all down. Can't wait to hit the gym in the morning where it will be nice and empty.

You left gas in the tank? :confused: Just kidding, thats why I love this lifestyle. Its as close as I can get to dope. As far as the packed gym, force those mother humpers out of your way. Im forced to workout in the evenings a lot. Just got to learn how to push people out of the way without actually touching them. Great workout. Well Im still scratching my head at todays workout. Its go time chick.

I really gotta give Albuterol another try in a cycle where I'm cutting. I haven't noticed a huge difference since I started it.
I am eating like it's going out of style, yet I'm SO hungry all the time!!

Mother humpers, huh? Lol!

I kicked off an old man from the hip abductor machine last night and felt a little bit bad. Well, I didn't really kick him off. I asked him how many sets he had left and stood there waiting for him to be done. He was only using two plates, moving like molasses and surfing the net on his phone at the same time.

Tonight's workout was really random but at least the squat rack was open at the beginning of my lifting session. I made a bee-line for it.

The evening is THE worst. Too many people not really lifting, lol.

I think you'll really like it when you're ready to cut. I've noticed a difference ever since I cut my calories down a bit. Eating at maintenance rather than at a deficit.
 
How is it dosed that you're coming out to 9 mg? Or is that a typo?
Ha, no typo. I used my pill splitter and cut some of them into fourths. I've been taking half a pill plus a quarter each time. Well, except for today. I took a whole pill at one dose and didn't die. Lol
 
Day 43

I only took 6mg. of Albuterol today. It has nothing to do with sides, but my day was a bit hectic and I kind of just forgot to take it. Bad excuse, I know.:oops: Even though I didn't take 9mg. like I have been the past couple days, I still feel the same amount of energy on this lower dose.

Broke my PR for BB hip thrust on my second set. I wasn't planning on trying, but I decided to just go for it after the first set didn't seem so bad. I feel like I'm doing the full range of motion at that heavy weight, but I am feeling it more in my hamstrings rather than my glutes when I try to max out.

Going out of town tomorrow and won't be back home until Monday night. Definitely planning on looking for a gym in the area. Not looking forward to lifting in an unfamiliar gym, but oh well. Gotta get it done.

Great job Crystal. Congrats on another PR. You can definitely tell you've slimed down and toned up. You look great. Your husband is a lucky guy.
