Crystal's 1st Cycle Log. Anavar Only.

Just gotta catch up on reality for a minute ;)

Eating at maintenance is a good idea. I'd cut out the cardio just until the end of cycle to make sure you're getting enough calories, and also so when you come off and want to lean out, cardio can be your fat torcher with less of a deficit so you can keep as much of your gains as possible.
I really like that idea. No cardio for now? You don't have to ask me twice. Haha.

Day 39, 5/14/16

Weight: 135.6

Hit a PR on squats at 195. I asked some random guy that looked like he lifts to spot me. When we got to the rack, he asked me to tell him what to do. I thought in my head, "Greaaat". Lol. I told him not to help me unless I said so. I was originally aiming to just do one set at my max but the guy came back to ask me if I wanted to borrow his belt. I declined but asked him to spot me again, since I already have him there. Long story short, I repped out four more at 195. :)

Went easy on BB hip thrust since my legs and glutes were already toast for squats.

Still taking 12.5mg of Anavar daily, split between two doses. Also took 8mg of Albuterol today. My hands are shaky just like they were the first day I took it.

I changed my mind again and decided to eat at maintenance instead of at a deficit for the rest of my cycle. I'm hoping I'll be able to recomp but with better results than a natty lifter would get, since I'm on AAS.

Lethargy hasn't been an issue all week and my energy levels have been through the roof again. Hope it stays this way!

I have a very good friend who is a female powerlifter. She text me from the gym the other morning. "Who should I ask to get a lift off from and to spot me, the college kid doing half squats, the homo doing lateral raises with 15 pound dumbbells or the guy with the marijuana leaf T-shirt."

I said you have to go with the pot guy. I guess the lift off was not good. I guess that's what you get for asking a guy who does his own liftoffs even during a meet who should do your lift off.

This whole post just confused me and makes me feel like I was smoking too. Lol

@Crystal234 just stopping in,reading, checking out the log & pics ;). That rhomboid back shot is thick and awesome. Dam you're kicking ass love it.

A girl at one of the gyms I frequent is a powerlifter with awesome shape. I saw that girl bench 225lbs on the barbell. Went over to her and boyfriend. Shook his hand and said I've never seen a female, in person push that much weight, gave them mad props.

Looking solid @Crystal234

Thanks so much! Working on a thicker back. ;-)

Damn, that is a lot of weight for a female to bench! Holy cow. One day, one day. Lol

I wouldn't stress it. She looked pretty but her face was slightly square with very minor deeper voice lol

How can I explain this...one thing I noticed on var is that my face was...harder? I had a bit of pain at my scalp line and my forehead and temple area was really hard. I would look in the mirror and feel like my forehead was bigger (I have always had a small forehead and a tiny face). Even my nose. I touch it now off cycle and it's soft, pliable cartilage. On cycle I'd bump my hand against my nose and be surprised how hard it was. Jaw was harder and more square. I had loose skin from losing so much weight and the pump of all my muscles, even traps, lifted and stretched my skin a lot.

I talked to this other chick and she had the same experience, even down to the scalp pain along the hairline. It was like a face lift.

Yea that female I spoke of was kinda the same. She was still attractive and her face was small. I still believe some girls naturally produce more testosterone than others.

Curious if any of you female lifters ran a blood panel to check that?

I can't say I've experienced any of this stuff yet. However, I don't know if it's in my head or not but my hair might be a tiny bit thinner, although I haven't noticed any extra fallout.

Day 40

Weight: 134

I'm officially 7 weeks into my cycle. Time sure is flying!

Upped the Albuterol to 9mg. My hands have been hella shaky all day. I also had a hard time catching my breath when I sprinted for a couple minutes on the treadmill, right before my workout. That was the end of my sprinting session, lol. I also had a bit of a freak-out moment while driving to the gym yesterday. The combo of Albuterol and coffee hit me hard and I almost had an anxiety attack. I quickly reminded myself that I was fine and it will pass. That seemed to do the trick. I also noticed that I get hotter and started sweating a little while working out now. I'm not normally one who sweats at all.

I told myself I would take a full rest day today but as soon as the Var, Albuterol and coffee kicked in, I had to workout. I did my best to keep it to a minimum, though.

Highlight of my workout: PR of 8 BW pull-ups. I've been trying for the last couple weeks to break 7 and no dice. Finally!

Cardio
10 minutes of box jumps with a few short breaks in between.

BW pull-ups
8

Cable glute kickbacks

3 x 15

Prone leg raises
3 x 10

Face pulls
#2 plate, 3 x 15
