Crystal's Primo Log

Hey there. Good to see you as well!

Sweet. How is BD doing and what week is she in now? I still have some Anavar laying around and I'm tempted to add it towards the end of my cycle as well. We'll see if later down the line I end up giving in or just sticking to Primo only, haha.
Hey sorry I missed your reply, but BD is doing great (now) and just starting to really feel something after 5 weeks of 20mg EOD primo. No negative sides yet but no gains comparable to last year's var cycle by this point. Will add var no earlier than week 8. Because it takes so long to get the effects, we may even wait longer before we stack.

Took a long time to sift through and catch up on your thread but BD is now pinning herself in the quad with 25G 1" pins too. It stings because it's primo acetate vice enthanate (you can read how we messed that up in our thread) but she's good now and doing it on her own with no problem. Well, she did have one bad stick - all swollen and bruised I think because she didn't aspirate, but nothing too terrible.

You look fantastic all ready and I know this will go well for you. Can wait to follow your progress more closely. It just takes as long time for the primo to kick in. You probably follow @MamaLifts primo log - she's doing absolutely fantastic too.

Again, sorry it took so long to respond!

Hey there! My apologies as well for responding so late. Thanks for the update on BD. I bet she's feeling fantastic now that the Primo has probably kicked in full-force. I'm still playing the waiting game and starting to get impatient.[emoji53]

-Day 20 Update-

I'll be doing my seventh IM injection a little later. To be honest, it's still nerve-wrecking. They say it gets easier with time and practice but so far, I am still dreading it.[emoji52] The dose is still the same; I'm pinning 30 mg every three days.

I was really good at first about being patient for the Primo to kick in, but I must admit that I am already thinking about adding in a tiny bit of Anavar, just so I can feel a little something. The waiting game sucks and I'm feeling antsy. I know it's still really early to feel any of the positive effects of Primo but why have I been feeling lethargic? Been feeling like this all week and that is part of the reason why I thought about adding in Var.

Sides so far is a higher libido, sensitivity on my lady parts, much more noticeably oily skin & hair and a good amount of small blemishes on my face. I don't like the grease-ball feeling and already dealing with cycle zits on my face, lol. Thinking about dropping my dose to 20 or 25 mg instead of 30 every three days. I might ride out my current dose another week and see if the break-outs on my face get worse or not. I had the same sides on Var but I think the oily skin and hair is worse on Primo for me. Still using Nizoral shampoo and haven't noticed any additional hair shedding so far.

Off to do a quad pin right now. Yay me, lol.[emoji849]

Lol!!!! It has been a very long time since i was nervous about pinning, but i do remember a few times when i was nervous AF and trying to work up the nerv to pin i actually stabbed myself with the needle but had a reflex response and pulled it right back out [emoji23][emoji23] now im standing with blood running down my leg and a still full pin thinking " fuuuuuuck!!!! Now i gotta do it again.
But dont worry, it does become real easy.

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall.[emoji23]

Pin numero dos this morning was a success using the airlock technique that @MamaLifts shared with me. I was so happy that all the oil got pushed out even though I still used a 3cc Nipro syringe. Thanks again for sharing!

I tried really hard to pin myself in the left glute but couldn't do it comfortably while injecting at a 90 degree angle. Had to have my husband pin me again while I was laying down. Maybe I should work on stretching some more, lol. Eventually, I'll need to figure this out on my own because he won't always be around to do the pinning for me. I'm going to try and work up the courage to pin quads next. Eek!

Ordered a bottle of Nizoral shampoo in hopes that it will help me not shed too much hair later down this cycle. I worry because I already have thin hair. Going to use it 2 or 3 times a week.
Wife had some issue with irritated scalp on week 5 cycle, got little red and felt flush for a couple days and she lost more hair than usual, would nizoral help with this? What is causing this and what does that kinda shampoo do to treat it.
did you ever find those pins linked above with the pusher carrot? Do they have removable needle?

Nizoral is an anti-fungal shampoo that helps to control dandruff. Some people claim that it's active ingredient Ketoconazole can help block the formation of DHT at the follicle when used EOD.

I don't think this topic has actually been studied by any researchers, but I figured it would be worth the try, especially since I noticed hair loss after my Anavar cycles.

Tomorrow will be week 4 of my Primo cycle and so far I have not noticed any extra hair shedding, although it is probably still too soon to tell if I'm benefiting from the use of Nizoral.

I forgot to respond to this but to answer your question, no. I haven't found any of those syringes that were talked about in previous posts. Not slin pin sized syringes anyway, but that's okay because the air-lock technique that @MamaLifts recommended works great and I haven't found a need for special types of syringes. I highly recommend it myself.

NPP made me oddly tired. Especially at first. Greasy too but that seemed to subside a bit the longer I was on it. Watching people on cycle is like watching a party you're not invited to. [emoji20] but I'm looking in the window and planning my next one! lol. Keep it up!

Yes, that's exactly how I was feeling! Like a super greasy lazy-ass, lol. I dropped my dose a bit and the really tired feeling and facial breakouts have gone away, thank goodness.

I see you over there mischievously party planning![emoji102][emoji322]

For fuck sake!!! Wrote massive post got deleted.

So short story, do as i say and you will fiz any blemish/zit due to aas and will.continue to be able in running good dosage.

Morning: clean face with Johnson baby head and shoulder, apply benzac 2,5% and.let it dry, then mosturize with clinique suncityblocker (25 or 40spf).

Evening: clean again with the Johnson, apply benzac again and then mosturize with Bioderma Sensibio AR.

Can do it anywhere, face, shoulder, back, chest. Give it few days and everything will slowly disappear, keep doing it the whole cycle and a bit after finishing it. Problem solved.

If skin get to dry, add to your mosturizers one.or two drop of pure jojoba oil ;)

Enjoy.

Thank you so much for sharing this, @Sampei . Going to look for these products to give it a try. Crossing my fingers that this helps me.

Week 6

Hey all! I apologize for being terrible about updating my Primo cycle log.

So I'm about 6 1/2 weeks into my cycle and I think I'm finally starting to feel it. I don't have that amazing super-human feeling and strength that I always had while on Var, but I am feeling a bit stronger with my lifts and may have a little bit more endurance than I typically do when I'm natty. I don't know. It could all be in my head though, lol. I am however starting to slowly lean out, while still maintaining all the muscle that I currently have.[emoji119]

I lowered my dose three weeks ago because I started to break out badly on my face. I've been pinning 25 mg twice a week ever since. All has been well up until a couple days ago. The face breakouts are back with a vengeance. :( I'm going to pin again tomorrow and see how my skin reacts by next week. If my face continues to hate Primo, I'm going to end my cycle. I can deal with a blemish here and there but this is an itchy rash-like breakout. Nope, not cute at all. Lol

I've been leaning out slowly which is nice, but I'm going to step up my cardio this week and start incorporating cycling classes again. I'm currently doing cardio 3x a week for 15-20 min. of HIIT (sprinting and jogging).

Although I've been leaning out, my legs seem to continue to grow. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it really throws me off when I can feel my inner thighs rubbing together whenever I walk now, lol. I never really had that problem before. I think my legs have a mind of their own, ha.

Here is a progress pic from last week:

IMG_6996.JPG

Currently squatting 215lbs for reps and barbell hip thrusting 305 for reps. Oh, I did a pyramid set on the squat press machine today and pressed 6 plates on each side for 10 reps. That's a first for me, so I'm happy about that.[emoji123]
