Crystal's Primo Log

Well its about time , ive been patiently waiting for an update [emoji4] bummer about the breakout, but good to see your lifts going up. Also , your looking good Crystal purple hair and all, but i really dig the nails [emoji41]
Anyway, if you end up dropping the primo, are you switching to var or ending the cycle?
 
Almost at the magic 2 plates, If you can do that for reps you will be stronger than 50% of the men at my gym lol. If you get full depth raise that to 80%.

You look great the hard work is really paying off
 
Week 6

Hey all! I apologize for being terrible about updating my Primo cycle log.

So I'm about 6 1/2 weeks into my cycle and I think I'm finally starting to feel it. I don't have that amazing super-human feeling and strength that I always had while on Var, but I am feeling a bit stronger with my lifts and may have a little bit more endurance than I typically do when I'm natty. I don't know. It could all be in my head though, lol. I am however starting to slowly lean out, while still maintaining all the muscle that I currently have.[emoji119]

I lowered my dose three weeks ago because I started to break out badly on my face. I've been pinning 25 mg twice a week ever since. All has been well up until a couple days ago. The face breakouts are back with a vengeance. :( I'm going to pin again tomorrow and see how my skin reacts by next week. If my face continues to hate Primo, I'm going to end my cycle. I can deal with a blemish here and there but this is an itchy rash-like breakout. Nope, not cute at all. Lol


I've been leaning out slowly which is nice, but I'm going to step up my cardio this week and start incorporating cycling classes again. I'm currently doing cardio 3x a week for 15-20 min. of HIIT (sprinting and jogging).


Although I've been leaning out, my legs seem to continue to grow. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it really throws me off when I can feel my inner thighs rubbing together whenever I walk now, lol. I never really had that problem before. I think my legs have a mind of their own, ha.

Currently squatting 215lbs for reps and barbell hip thrusting 305 for reps. Oh, I did a pyramid set on the squat press machine today and pressed 6 plates on each side for 10 reps. That's a first for me, so I'm happy about that.[emoji123]

Boo about your face- hope it clears up! You're definitely leaning out & da booty is looking fuller! Your thighs rub AND look rock solid... hell naw that's not a bad thing! You could crack nuts with those babies [emoji848][emoji15][emoji38]

I know, I know. Lol. It's so time consuming logging everything, especially since I tend to go on and on, haha.

Thanks for the kind words and I love how you noticed my nails.[emoji1][emoji1444] I bet you get brownie points with the wifey since it seems like you pay attention to details. Smart man, hahaha.

I think the breakout on my face might have been because I used a different brand of moisturizer with SPF. Just realized that today. I'm hopeful that it wasn't the Primo that made me react that way. If it is, I'm just going to discontinue my cycle entirely.

Hahaha, that is awesome. But is that not a fair comparison since I'm on a low Primo dose and those guys are probably not on any type of AAS? Nahhh, let's just say it's totally fair so I can feel good about myself for the moment. Lol[emoji1]

Yes, one of current goals is to be able to squat 225 for reps, hitting parallel.

It says, "Non-comedogenic and non-irritating" on the front of the bottle.[emoji849] Oh well. You know what this means. Let the cycle continue![emoji119]

Looking strong Crystal. 225 for reps to parallel is more than strong enough to compete in a post vacation powerlifting meet!;)

You are quite the persistent one and on a mission to turn this bodybuilder into a powerlifter, hahaha. I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about it once in a while. Maybe try a meet, just once, to see what it's like.

My bench still sucks though but that's because I haven't been focusing on chest so much lately. Mostly just push-ups.[emoji85] I can bust them out though like there's no tomorrow, lol. Not sure how much I can DL because I usually just stick to bodybuilding style and do high reps with little rest in between. Need a trash can to puke into?[emoji1]

Yeah, I know what you mean. It would seem like such a waste, especially since it's finally at it's peak.

You know it!! I get annoyed whenever my husband doesn't notice but when he does, I'm pleasantly surprised, lol.

Awww, I appreciate it @Wendylifts . <3 So far, I haven't had an extra hair loss but I am only 6.5 weeks into my cycle. I'm still using Nizoral every other day, just in case.

I was originally planning on ending this cycle three weeks from now, but I may continue it for a total of 12 weeks if I don't experience any sides like hair loss, major acne, hair growth in other places or changes in my voice.

Ughh, I tend to break out a week or two after ending my Anavar cycles, so I may end up breaking out again a few weeks after I'm done with Primo, just like you. =\

When did you start noticing hair loss on Primo? What's crazy is I think the Nizoral has actually helped thicken my hair a tiny bit! Hopefully, it's not just in my head. Lol
 
I wouldn't even know where to start, haha. Let me do some research first and if I feel ballsy enough, you and @Masters Power will be the first to know if I cross over to the Dark Side.:cool:

I'm trying to create an MP's Meso Powerlifting Angels group. So far @Wendylifts is my only "angel" and she promised to kick me in the nuts if I ever called her that.
