Customs - Pharmacom - What would you do?

@darius I'm not sure where you've seen me post anything about your poor customer service, stock problems and poor response time other than your thread, so to say this is a complete lie. I know longer have to say anything, because your wheels are falling off more everyday. Seems I see at least one member stating his order was out of stock, at the EU Warehouse everyday, or what you call "occasional delays" which doesn't surprise me. Finally, I never have, and never will come back to you, Frank, or Pharmacom.

By the way, you made a post stating I never ordered with you. I'm sure you seen my post showing you my products i ordered from you. How come there wasn't a follow comment to this? SMH
 
Yep, a long winded way of saying "we're not replacing your shit". Sad thing is, he said this KNOWING that the consumer is a well established and loyal customer who has placed many orders. Makes you wonder how they treat a guy with only 1 or 2 orders.
 
@DedLift He made a post pages back, around page 282 or after in his thread, about how I was only a new Meso member, so I basically have no right to express my opinions, or views. Darius continues to be so proud that he hands out these discounts and free orals like its candy. No one asked for free anything. We just want the source to follow through on what they advertise.

What more to do than sending more vials for testing from the same batches, 2 vials that tested much better.
If our practices seem obscure and shady to you I'm sure you have enough experience and intelligence to make a better choice next time.

No, they started out really good when you first arrived, and quickly started becoming incomplete orders, huge wait times, inaccurate availability on your site (many times I've placed an order, then received an email saying this product is not in stock, sometimes even after payment), items being shipped from the factory not from your warehouse, etc.

Now, also, I counted less than 15 orders in my history, but I still find it tremendously irritating you would even post something like that, in the first place. I am shocked that you believe this is an example of your professionalism.

I was solely asking WHAT you think we should do, in regards to testing. Obviously we don't want to order an extra vial to send in for testing, nor does it make sense to inform you beforehand that we are going to test the item. I realize you have this open testing policy, which is nice and all, it's just fairly difficult to actually use from the customer's perspective. Now, after the uncovering of your hidden reps on this site, it makes it look like all of the customer tests were done by secret reps. You need to understand how it looks from our perspective, as well.

Dear Sir, replacement, if asked is accepted and it will always be. We have the most permissive policy in terms of reshipment and refund.
However, this discussion was about something else, a replacement was never requested.

I had no idea it was prohibited to say something about a members orders but indeed, it makes logic what you guys said and i made a big mistake by saying something like that.

Now, regarding the products, did you ever requested a reshipment for those Oxys and I said no?

Sir, today we shipped around 1.200 vials. You probably know the numbers and profits of this business so do you think i would publicly refuse a WKM for a couple of vials? Maybe to spare some money? Definitely no, even if my opinion is sometimes different.

I'm running a 20k $ free giveaway on Eroids atm, 200 x 100$ store credit coupons so I'm not really the thrifty kind of guy.

No, I can go and try to track down the PM, but I believe it was something along the lines of I wasn't sure what to do, and you said standby until your results come back. Well, we're here now. I believe the discounts have been around that, sure. But I don't parade around and tell people that, and I do believe I have even thanked you for your discounts a few times... Let's not twist this into me now being the unappreciative one, please.

Years ago I've had a pack of generic gh make it to customs and not released. No letter or whatever. Also at that time I googled the shit out of customs letter Canada gh bla bla and found some other ppl saying that they haven't received letters for gear etc

Fair enough but I'm thinking time's have changed from "years ago". Good buddy just received 2 letters at separate times. For trying to import underground cialis lol
 
Lol, can't blame him since our pharma prices are like $10 a pill. I do have a theory that customs is a bit tighter in the summer time since they hire on university students... I'm sure they would be trying to prove a point
 
Well considering the packs said Russia right on the front I was even surprised he got a few passed customs. One look at these packs and I laughed so hard....instant heat score looking lol
