5'7". 45yo. 217lbs. 16%-18%bf MAX. Training 3yrs

Looking to Recomp/Drop 15lbs of fat and hold onto as much muscle as possible. 80% of my extra weight is in my trunk.

Legs are pretty cut up! They look good. I can see side striations on legs, quads, calves, are all cut. Trunk? That's where it's at! So I'm seen a cookie cutter program cycle, and wanted the advice an opinions.

Base: Test cyp 100mg/8 weeks
Proviron 50ed/8 weeks
Anavar 30mg ed/8 Weeks
ECA Stack 3x Daily 8 Weeks.

Day 18, 20, 22, 24, 750ius total 3000iu’s
Day 26, 28, 30, 500ius total 1500iu’s

2150 Cals 230g(P) 103g(C) 81g(F) 41g(Sugar)

What I have learned is that at 1800 calories 90 or below carbs, and working out 4 days a week puts my body into starvation mode.Went from 224 down to 217.

Skip a week or two and it reverts to okay were fine. Floats 217 - 220. I'm thinking Boost calories now, and do trng with cycle to hold onto muscle. Your thoughts?
 
Why you need pct at 45? Is this your first cycle? Fat is too high for a recomp. I would go with 30 percent( the lower your body fat, the lower the percentage) of 2150. Meaning 645 cal which in fat by grams turns out to be around 72. Are the sugar extra or included in your total carbs?

Really don't need pct, just posted as it was in the cookie cutter. Sugar is extra I believe per myfitnesspal. Not 100% sure at the moment though if it is extra.

Has it's own category, and a quick search revealed nothing. 645 cal's from fat seems excessively high! Unless I bring carbs down to 50 and keto. What do you think?

I guess you don't know any nutrition?? You posted you would eat 81 grams of fat that's 729 cal! Definitely higher than my proposed 645 cal... I didn't even get to the carbs part...

4cal per gram on carbs. = 412 calories of 103 Just never calculated it that way, and have been more focused on the numbers upfront.

According to my Dexa Scan and they could be off.

Last I did 5/2020 was at 219 lbs 180 lean 39 lbs fat 17.4 bf

I'm 217 right now, and float 217 - 222 often it seems. Then I drop again after some time to get a new weight set in lately. 222 and I feel fat bloated.

I'd rather stick with the Anavar, test, and possibly GH. Tren seems a bit harsh, and do you happen to know if its a RBC & Hematocrit killer?

Had that problem with Deca, is the reason I ask ma man. Thanks in Advance, and for the reply.

What do you mean son? There's only one way to calculate calories from what i know. Any way, if you want recomp macros, you need to be sure this is your TDEE.

I'll be generous and provide you with macros (without telling you from whose ass i pulled these numbers from, at this point).
These numbers are based on the stats you provided at 18% body fat and i took the liberty of assuming you train 5X a week and work an office job, this would also fit if you train 3X and move fairly a lot in your job.

BMR: 1822.5
TDEE: 2187

Proteins : 230g
Carbs : 163g (including sugar, Yes its a carb!)
Fats: 43g

If you go keto sugar is a killer of that diet. And what I mean with real low carb your going to be avoiding sugar. And once you introduce anything sweet your body is going to freak and crave sugar. This was my experience with it your not going to want to come in and out of keto and it dosent take much to kick you out. Also once you re introduce carbs take it slow or you will blow up. But these are just my experiences with it nut butter packets work great on helping with cravings.

So I ate keto for awhile due to my wife's food allergies I stalled out so I went to a nutritionist who was you need carbs. We didn't taper up and I blew up just not the normal water weight. Keto is all right I had it down but it's kinda an unsustainable diet or for me at least. Props to the people who can keep it interesting
 
Many people get leaner on low dose Tren and a TRT dose of test. You will have barely any sides. You will need more carbs when running Tren as it is great at nutrition partitioning, and you may get low blood sugar. GH will help with fat loss for sure.
 
With the enanthate ester you won't be able to back out of the cycle fast if you can't handlethe sides of Tren. With acetate you will feel it faster/stronger and many prefer it over enanthate.
