Cycle advice, getting good gear

Hello everyone, just wanted to introduce myself and maybe get some advice on how to achieve my goals. I'm 34 years old, 5'11, currently weigh 178lbs, lean with bf% around 9%. I've done some cycles in the past of sust and had great gains but my dealer disappeared over a year ago and I keep getting burned online. I thought i found a great source through Euroking but they only sent my half of what I ordered and never replied to my tickets and complaints and went silent. I'm needing to put on around 20lbs of muscle to start with and add strength as well. My current lifts are and this is embarrassing to share but oh well;

Bench 225 x2
Squat 280 x1
Deadlift 375

Definitely need to come up a lot. I eat clean, and train hard but being a classic ectomorph, the gains are hard as shit! Any advice on cycles are where the fuck to not get burned would be great thanks!

Also, no one is just going to throw out sources for you. Do your research man and you will find them.

Believe me, I've been researching and I'm not nieve enough to assume that people will give up their sources. I know all legit dealers want to keep a low-profile and don't want their names blurted out everywhere. I'm just looking for someone kind enough to point me in the right direction.

Thanks, Cheers.

I'm not sure how a grown man who has been lifting for 12 years and seriously training for 3 can only bench 225 for 2 reps.

And you cycled before? Something just doesn't sound right.

I have 14 year old nephews who wrestle that can do 225 - 4 sets of 12 no problem.

Your whole post strikes me as someone who is completely oblivious to even the most common knowledge.

What do you mean you "eat clean" and "train hard"

What do you eat? How do you train?Because whatever and however you are doing it must be flat out wrong.

You haven't even remotely got the basics down and now you want someone to give you a steroid source?

Strange indeed...

This troubles me as well. It means you need to learn to train and eat better. AAS is not the answer. If you have diet and training locked down your numbers would be a lot better. I think you need to focus on those aspects for a couple years first and then we can revisit AAS

Yes, my bench is fucking PITIFUL now. I've done well over 225 in the past, but now it's weak as I've admitted. My deads and squats are ok for a skinny guy but my bench sucks. Ikd why, form, lack of proper coaching, or I just don't push it hard enough. Thought this was a place I could get advice from friendly people. My bad if I'm not going about this the right way.

"Skinny guy?" If you're skinny you should be taking in more food not aas...
