Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Thanks for the shoe tip, I did squats today and preferred this over my running shoes or regular nike's by a huge margin. Can't wear New Balance with the tether or people think you're a child molester

@Mac11wildcat you’re a straight beast man. Haven’t been on the forum to awful long be long enough to see that you look amazing. @Skull had previously shown me some of your pics man and they’re nuts. I’m only 19 fresh out of HS been training for about 5 or so years and definitely shooting to get a physique like what you have one day man. Incredible

Appreciate the kind words man. I started at your age. I could’ve absolutely been more efficient about chasing this specific goal. Anything you need or any questions you have, feel free. Open book to young guys looking to do this the right way.

This young man @Theprodigy99 has all the potential to turn pro one day i have no doubts abou that but if hes going to pursue this kind of lifestyle, i want him to do it smart an safely which is why i have brought him here. I know together, we can keep him safe throughout his journey to the top.....

Hes got a vid of a 500lb seated squat when he was in high school. He even told me that it gelt light enough to do more. Hey @Theprodigy99 , Would you Please post up that monster squat vid for @Mac11wildcat ???

Yeah I’ll go look through my videos and get it it uploaded. Thanks for the kind words @Skull and @Mac11wildcat. Man I sit on YouTube and watch bodybuilding nonstop from training, eating, vlogs, whatever it may be I’m ate up with that stuff. I’ve wanted to turn pro for as long as I can remember.

Take my advice; treat it as a marathon. You’ve got two decades or more ahead of you for training and gear. Go slow. Make lasting gains. And progress slowly and logically.

I’ve been a slacking on daily updates,
I’m aware. I’ll continue to do them when I can but I think most of you understand my training philosophy and how I modify it to keep moving.

Gear Update:
750 Test Cyp
500 EQ (dropped in a week)
400 Tren Ace
350 Mast E (switching to mast P soon)
200 Primo E (when it arrives)
50mg Winny

Diet update:
485p/280c/105f, 4100 cals

Cardio to 50m

We’re not stressing too much as we’re in a good spot and the qualifier is so far from the national show that I have a significant amount of time to make adjustments, rebound, get leaner, whatever’s necessary.

Cutting down on 4100 calories? Great example of why guys aren't gaining on 2500 with 2grams

You look way better at this weight than you did at 220
Part of the process. Have to embrace some offseason fluff to grow. Otherwise some is left on the table. But I don’t encourage people getting straight up fat in offseasons just to “bulk.” I was still under 15% bf.

Yep. All about the relative difference between offseason and prep. I started at 6500 and after 10 weeks I’m down about 2k cals. If I was at 4K offseason, I’d already be flirting with 2k and definitely have near 1500 in store down the road. Should give some perspective.

Prep low of 196.0 today. Going to be an interesting situation if I’m in the border of what’s reasonable to dip into middleweight by the time Nats is here.

184-186 is probably about that tipping point. At or below and a last week weight drop is reasonable with the time i have between weigh ins and the stage. At or above..probably stuck in LHW.
