Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

The muffin is safe again.

25g of carbs removed, bit of compensation with fats, not much going on diet wise. Cardio is still 50x6 days a week.

Mast and Tren upped to 400 or so.

Scale’s barely moving. LHW seems like a lock, and means we can continue growing after the qualifier into my national show.
 
It’s actually been cake. It’s a 3.5mph walk on a 10% incline. I bang out 35mjn fasted and finish my weight training later in the day with the rest. Going to be nice to not overwork my legs dying on the stair master this prep.
Oh I thought you were doing 50 mins straight.
 
Thought I'd finally drop in and check this out. To post videos just make a YouTube account not tied to your real identity. Upload vids and set them to unlisted, then click the little film icon on your posting menu here and paste the link. I use Filmora to edit. If you're on a computer you can blur your face, but on mobile you can at least crop the video where your face isn't in it.

Scale hasn’t moved significantly in weeks, but I’m flattening out a bit. My least favorite part of the process but it is a part of the process.
