I don’t understand why it’s such a big deal to some people that they can’t answer a question that’s already been answered. if I knew the answer to a question that’s already been asked in a thread I would be more than happy to reply and answer it for the person. i don’t understand why people have to be like this. it’s so immature childish.

Yes this may not be a complex question, but by teaching you to do diligent research and take the time to read, in the long run you will greatly benefit.

I understand that. Jim has a very unorthodox way of responding, and come across condescending alot BUT on the same account, he does contribute alot and answers some pretty important questions for members. Most of us have been on the receiving end before. Just gotta remember sometimes, this is an internet forum, pause.... Deep breath and just keep scrolling.

That was a helpful post, with a good motive. But just so you know, Swiper has been on Rxmuscle since 2009. He has his own question and answer Forum right alongside other pros and coaches. He's very respected across the community. And if you ever get a chance take a look at a few his pictures, he's probably one of the biggest monsters you've ever seen.
