They both same metformin but Metformin ER or XR is the extended-release form of metformin. It is also known by the brand names Glucophage XR, Glumetza, or Fortamet. Metformin ER lasts longer than regular metformin and has less side effects.

Also have you added Urimax(tamsulosin) yet ? Can’t find it !!

Enclomiphene in addition to the others mentioned. Much better than clomid.
