Notes: This has been the first week where I felt the strength plateau, even with tren in the mix, I know I'm not going catabolic. I think it’s mainly lack of enough recovery, I shaved off a few sets here and there.
RHR: Clen upped again, cuz I honestly had extra, RHR had dropped to 73.
I guess I had more bf to lose than expected. Typical overestimation when you try to assess yourself.
Made me acknowledge that a bulking and bulking for a good amount of time is truly the only way to gain alot of muscle and I can’t wait, if anyone was a in a perfect position to main-gain (gaining on maintenance), it would’ve been me. Or maybe some respond stronger than me.
