deca & mental health

I have a way better mental state with deca then without at and dose and i always run test anyway year round. No sides from deca just positives. Wellbeing, growth, all of it

As it varies person to person, at what week and mg did everyone start feeling negative side effects ? Was it at a high dose over the course of a few months, or did you start feeling it the first time you pinned ?

For me I was using 300mg a week. Felt great until about week 9. Slowly started feeling down in the dumps, anxiety, then extreme jealousy. By week 10 I felt terrible, mentally.

Gotcha, what dose were you using it at and were you using test at the same time?

Only one way to find out, and fortunately it's NPP so if you start feeling shitty you can stop taking it and be clear within days. Mental sides can be hard to see in a mirror though so even better if you have someone you trust keeping an eye on you.

That being said, I don't think 100mg/wk would be enough to manifest mental sides anyway. I don't start feeling glitchy until 400+mg and usually then I can mitigate with a DHT added in.

Edit: oh wait you said it's Deca. Yeah no that's a weird doctor you got there. Sounds "online clinic-y".

Agreed. NPP.

When I doing 400NPP with 400 test I started feeling goofy, mentally.
NPP by itself - no problems.

Bump up the cardio!

It's hard to say. It's something that just creeps in over time and it's hard to notice when it started. Over time you realize that something just isn't right.

It's like this: Well maybe I'm just having a down day. Maybe I'm just having a down week...maybe my E2 is too high. Oh, this isn't going away, something isn't right here. What could be causing this?

Then the cycle ends and I feel better. After a few rounds of this, I realized the common factor is the deca.

You just have to try it to find out. Deca used to not bother me at all. As I got older I noticed it started causing pretty severe depression at 400mg,no matter how much test or mast I used with it. For me it drives an overall melancholy and irrational sad feeling.
Try 300 test 150 npp. Slow and steady
