Steroid stack for manual labor job

Howdy everyone,

I'm looking for suggestions on a steroid stack that will make my job easier, while also enhancing my strength.

I'm not interested in size, i'd really like to focus on gaining lean muscle tissue, and strength. I am considering tossing Deca into the realm of possibility for the joint health benefits, but i have no prior experience with it.

Can you suggest a fairly simple regimen that supports lean muscle growth, endurance, and joint health (if there are other options besides Deca, if not, a how-to on safely using Deca would be awesome.)

I have a few on hand from prior cycles. I have test and tren at the moment, but havent cycled in a few years now. I'm not against orals as long as my liver doesnt turn into a hand grenade....

Thank you in advance.

How’s the EQ with the job? I haven’t run EQ before.

But I’m having issues with my primo rn. Got a gnarly infection and I’m about to toss the vials lol
I love it. It gives me noticeably more endurance to get more done. My job is performance based so any amount of extra stamina is more money in my pocket. I can go and go without getting anywhere near as tired.
I love how tren gives me the edge but it severely hinders my cardiovascular endurance after about 5-6 weeks so I said fuck it. Might add it in at a very very moderate dose down the line but I’m gonna ride out this test/eq/deca a bit longer. I might lower the deca to 150-200 just to see if I get a little more out of it that way.
Never had primo, I personally don’t get the infatuation with it as EQ does a great job mitigating estrogen for me

Interesting, makes me want to give EQ a go. Endurance definitely would be nice. And obviously all the other factors that come with it. I’ll be looking into EQ now.
Tren wrecked my cardio endurance. Going up stairs I’d be breathing hard.

I mainly went with primo just because it’s less harsh on lipids for some & I figured I’d give it a run. So far my lipids haven’t budged much on 200mg. E2 is in check as far as I know as well.

I have written my EQ experience many times, i fact it is one of my favorite steroids aftet Test and dbol. It boosts stamina overall and it's great steroid if you tolerate it well.

You know

it’s one of the few things I have not tried, how long do I do it cycles of it? I have t heard of anyone running it long term but I have read it’s not worth taking unless it’s in a really long cycle 16 weeks plus? Also what type of ratio compared to test?

I have had a labor intensive job “ heavy construction” for probably well over 16 years, the last 4 or so using trt or just test sometimes other stuff sprinkled in “mild cycles”. Im susceptible to the pumps everyone talks about plus I get crazy shin splints I’ve been getting since my football and track days. But I find a cleanish diet and staying well hydrated with electrolytes and sups helps that.

So for me 400-500 test 3-4 iu gh perfect, I could make some gains and feel great at work.
I try pushing that up to a 1g+ aas cycle with 6 iu gh I start feeling like shit cardio sleep sweat everything and retaining too much water.

Without a labor intensive job I’d probably be able to blast 2g no problem and feel ok.

Ignore the snapshot, the actual link is my post.

It pays decent actually. It’s first job I had after school and tbh it was a lot better/still is than most peoples jobs that don’t have a degree or trade.
Gota agree it’s one of the only fields that u can really make over 100k without a high school education, if ur body can hold up. I also just seen construction workers have some of the highest rates of suicide. My wife wife has a degree and works in the medical field and I make a bit more than she does, and have the same or better benefits.

Exactly this, but highly unlikely that labour job pays that good in the real world.
Depends what you would call good, get in the right trade (power) and groundman positions start at 30/hr, and with the right companies full benefits paid day one and pensions.
I was looking at one posting the other day, 37 an hr 6 10s and 100 perdiam daily but it was in MA.

It has high suicide rates because it’s a difficult job. It pays well but your dealing never ending stress of going to work everyday and working your ass off continuously. The money is very good depending on the sector your in. Scaffolding would be the hardest/highest paying of them and they earn up to €25 an hour and can be go higher depending on how qualified you are. It’s more suited for skinny tough men. Albeit if it’s just labouring your doing then it’s capped at around €20 an hour. Anything less and it’s not worth getting out of bed. The co-workers can be cnuts too and I’ve seen many heated arguments on site but just keep your head down and only answer to the boss.

Edit: Groundsman also make a killing and we don’t have the jobs other countries have such as oil & gas, mining etc.
