¶Calf starting to feel alot better, only tender to touch.
¶Glute injection pip, left glute was a virgin, ouch. Can barely sit down. Lovely.. no swelling or redness just severe pip.
¶Headaches seem to come on later in the day, wonder why that is.
¶Regretting taking a rest day, I feel like I'm not giving my full effort :( I think I need to work harder.
¶Thinking of hitting the gym twice tomorrow or combing a push/pull together, is this a bad idea do you think?

Could you elaborate on the beta blockers effecting gynecomastia? I most definitely have gyno flare ups, I get them for a day and not the next, On and off whenever it wants to. I have been using beta blockers longer than I have been on gear and i have had no gyno issues on dianabol so the logical suspect that's left is the Superdrol thats causing the gyno. High e2 signs are same as low e2 so the side effects won't matter too much in my opinion. Painful nipples and obvious signs of gyno starting gives it away for me, I am just hoping I can somewhat keep it from getting worse before I get letrozole. Wonder what will happen week 3-4 when test kicks in if I can't control this gyno already.. hmm.View attachment 117869 View attachment 117870
Sorry to break it to you brother, but just cause your nips are sore, doesn’t mean your gyno bound. U have ZERO signs of gyno. I think you should google gynecomastia and pseudogynecomastia so that you have a good idea of what it looks like. Itchy nipple, lumps/nodules that develope Behind the Areola are sometimes not noticeable by site only feel. However, I have not mentioned this. Sore nipples can also be from the extreme change in hormones. Does not mean that gyno is developing. Three things need to be elevated and aligned in order for gyno to develope. I recommend doing a little more research before jumping to conclusions. High progesterone, excessively elevated estrone, and estradiol levels and in many cases prolactin needs to be out of whack. So if you are concerned, instead of just talking about being worried, if you are going to Continue down this path, let’s talk about what you have to keep prolactin and progesterone at bay. If I were you I would invest in some p5p or atleast some b6. Preferably p5p it’s more refined b6. Help with progesterone. No let get you started on that prami, because it takes a minute to work up to a dose that you will be able to tolerate and is effective. .5mg each night. So let’s start with .25mg tonight or tomorrow so there is no excuse cause that deca will start to kick is before you know it. These are things that u can do to be proactive if you are worried. Also cruciferous vegetables or get a supplement that contains DIM, also take your tudca that will also help with e2 levels of your liver is out of whack there no way that an AI can do it’s hob effectively. It also means that other things are not being metabolized properly. So if you have it. TAKE IT. I don’t get why u are taking superdrol and not using it. Whatever man. It’s frustrating to hear you complain when you could have easily just stopped and waited for your shit to come. That’s what a smart person would do. Or have it on hand already. Not trying to be a dick but for fuck sakes care more about yourself than me for yoy

Even with the lumps behind my nipples? Am I just freaking myself out or what? I understand if I gain fat I will also have fat within the nipple area. I'm going to take your advice, doing so I am going to drop my aromasin back down so i don't crash my e2. (If I get 100% signs of gyno I'll deal with it if it does happen, but I'll run my AI blast dose which is 12.5mg EOD.)

That’s not my advice, I never said drop you dose of exemastane. However, I am sure that one reason why you are feeling horrible. I am on my 4th day of inj superdrol. 1st day was 15mg, and everyday since has been 25mg. I am gyno prone homeboy, and the superdrol has literally mad my nipples hard af , like being in a cold as shower. But I make sure my liver is taken care of so that my AI can it’s job, along with all the other supporting suppers otherwise running a cycle with a fucked up unhealthy liver is a waste of money. That’s why they say don’t drink alcohol, it’s hard in the liver causing the body to not metabolize things like it normal does like estrogen.

Well realistically if I'm not experiencing gyno like you stated why would I increase my AI to ranges I'm not familiar with right? Yeah, I'm taking care of my liver the best I can!

I value your concerns and I am happy you took your time to comment such a lengthy post, regardless if you come off as a dick; I don't think you do. You're clearly trying to help, prolactin sometimes isn't an issue in some people. I have heard that being proactive with prolactin isn't smart, I could be wrong but I was going to wait and see if I had prolactin issues to use my prami. Also, there is alot of studies on this forum that actually point towards TUDCA not mitigating damage caused by oral steroids. I know it sounds crazy, but just drinking water and not abusing things that are hard on the liver should be just fine. I think I am doing alright, I take plenty of vitamins and I'm actually feeling pretty decent on superdrol. I mean, I may be worried about everything and it may come off as annoying but it's only because I'm playing with my life, it's very serious.

Rest days are essential as are deloads. You damage the muscle lifting and repair/build the muscle on your rest days. You CNS also will crash if you don’t give it an opportunity to recover. 3 on 1 off isn’t a bad schedule, I do 2 on (heavier), 1 off, 3 on (pump), 1 off. I can do an extra leg day on the last off if I can handle it. To be honest I have only done the extra leg day once, I need the rest. If you give it your all on training days you need your off days.

If your questioning your effort in regards to days off, maybe keep your days off as is and focus more on the effort while in the gym, if that makes sense?

On the subject of gyno. I think a lot of people pinch and squeeze their nipples to the pt of making them sore. They then claim to have sore and sensitive nipples. Nipples are sensitive things and easily irritated, leave them the fuck alone. Geesh.... I've never had gyno and never squeeze my nipples, coincidence? Dont go looking for things that aren't there 90% of the time.

¶Crazy pump during workout.
¶Had to force feed myself.
¶Hurt my right cuff slightly.
¶Not holding on to anymore water from that cheat day I had.

¶Getting mad and frustrated over everything. (Constantly having the urge to smash something or break stuff)
 
It's a 1/2 needle, I don't have much fat on my calves at all so I don't think it went sub. Calf is feeling normal now, fully healed. But anything is possible I suppose.
