SKIPPED THE GYM, felt so sick I almost went to the hospital, it passed by the time I woke up though.

Additional notes
¶Headaches throughout day that turned into migraines.
¶Superdrol is definitely in full swing, I feel like absolute dog shit.
¶Couldn't get out of bed to even go to the bathroom last night from the headaches.
¶Poor sense of well being is making me unmotivated and lazy.
¶Force feeding myself and trying to hold the food down, even breakfast..

Day 13 says I injected testosterone, that is a MISTAKE. I inject testosterone every Tuesday and Friday. And deca every Friday.

¶Slight headache.
¶Feeling pretty damn good!
¶Traps are absolutely destroyed from the workout.
¶Forgot to take my beta blocker before working out, heart rate was very high.
¶I feel like I could have went heavier on my rack pulls and face pulls.
¶Throat is EXTREMELY dry.
¶Extremely vascular in my arms today, looked amazing.
¶Feeling nauseous near bed time, have to force the rest of my calories with gainer.
¶I think im going to implement my neck hypertrophy on my rest days so I have no rest days.
 
Hey, just wondering why you injected in your calfs? Is spot injecting a thing? Does it help your calves grow? Ive seen mixed answers on it, usually that it doesn’t work but some people say it does because of how small the muscle is compared to something like glutes.

Unfortunately if it were that easy everyone would inject their lagging bodyparts, I just wanted to try it out
 
Didn't do yesterday's log because I took a break from the gym,tracking stuff and just relaxed. Will update todays log though, I made the decision to only run the Superdrol for 3 weeks aswell.
 
Wish I would have finished this log, was way in over my head, if I just tracked a little bit less I wouldn't have burnt out. Sucks looking back at this and it being unfinished. Every time I think of doing a cycle log I think back to my first one here and don't bother :'(

You've inspired me to make a new log and try again. would it be too late to start my log 4 weeks into my current 12 week cycle do you think?
