I'm looking for a online coach to help me get Lean and help me with this cycle. I was looking into Boston loyde he's 500usd for 12 weeks kinda pricy. Any suggestions?

I'm not a fan of the plans I've seen him do. Contact jbprep or Shelby Starnes for starters

Go solo.... Unless you're competing at a national level, that's money wasted that could be spent on food.

Do your research. There's so much info online. Most of these "coaches" don't know shit, and use the same template for every client.

Going to have to disagree with you on that one. I absolutely agree on the last part. But the top guys like Chris Aceto, Hany, Matt Porter, Shelby, AJ Sims..... These guys know how to manipulate the body through nutrients and chemicals in a way you're just not going to learn googling for 6 months. There's an art to it

True. Those guys you listed are the best in he world. They know tricks that can make a guy come in 10% drier and sharper. But this guy is just wanting cycle help to get lean. He never sad he was going to the Nationals. I've been sub 4% bf several times and done it all on my own.

All he needs is a strict diet, cardio and some test p / tren. It sounds like if he can get down to sub 10% bf, then he's where he wants to be. That can easily be done with minimal research online on carb cycling and shedding body fat.

In no way am i promoting him or his services. Never used em. But hes a knowledgeable guy and i like him

Great fucking conditioning bro, u should be really proud that u did this all on your own no help.

Do you still compete? What is your end goal for competing?

Thanks brother! That was back a few months ago. I'm looking at doing another one next October. My goal is to ultimately be an overall show winner and maybe go to the North Americans in a few years and see how I stack up in the masters division

Why no pro shows?
Or is the north Americans a pro show?
You look like u could compete with some of the best in the open...

Noth Americans is national level. Taking from this, he has not yet earned his pro card and so he isn't able to do a pro show yet.

I'm not sure if you're talking about the best in the open meaning the top Olympia guys? He'd need to put on alot of mass before being at that level. I definitely don't mean that disrespectfully. He is bigger than me and probably one of the biggest on this board.

Just saying that the guys like like Heath and Ramy are on a whole different level

Yeah I didn't mean a top level pro but yeah he's definitely the best I've seen so far on the board.

If your serious about bodybuilding getting linked up with a good coach isnt a bad idea.. do you need a coach to build great/competitive physique ?absolutely not ! But dont think for one second that this isnt a political game either , and working with someone who has a good reputation in the npc/ ifbb absolutely in turn gives you a bit of a competitive edge to someone with nobody standing in their corner ... i personally work with a guy who is a promoter/judge for some bigger shows on the east coast , and lets just say its not because i particularly give a shit about his opinion on diet , drugs and training ! Ill be in the north americans this year in the classic division so take it for what its worth but I have little experience in this topic ..

Good advice... never underestimate the power of realpolitik.
It certainly doesnt hurt your chances lol .. dont get me wrong the best physique will always rise to the top of the heap , and the best coaches will always tend to work with guys they think they can make competitive . So regardless you've gotta have great physique to be competitive at the national level or even some of the bigger qualifiers , but to think politics isnt a part of the game is very naive unfortunately...
