Who takes or has taken Digestive Enzymes?
Do you feel they offer(ed) any benefit?

I already take 1100mg Ginger Root w/ my 1lb Cottage Cheese (60g protein) right before I go to bed, but I was thinking of adding "NOW" Super Digestive Enzymes w/ my first 2 whole-food meals to aid in the breakdown/absorption of nutrients.

Any benefit???

I've taken them with my post w/o shakes in an attempt to reduce gas (but they don't seem to work in that respect).

I don't know but I would think that the enzymes would speed up digestion a bit and I'm thinking that that's something you don't want with your pre-bed meal.

Hopefully somebody can give you a real answer...

Good luck,

Hey man - sorry I didn't get that part about the first two meals.

Anyway, here are some links...

http://remedyfind.com/rem.asp?ID=6891 (not a BBing site but at least they're not trying to sell them)

http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag99/apr99-cover.html (these people sell them but the article was longer)

Also, I've read that capsules are better than tablets b/c the heat caused by the tab making process is bad for the enzymes.

They really helped me during a Sustanon cycle where I had excruciating pain from gas.
