Dirty gear and acne

Seems to be the latest talking point on social.

Can someone explain how “dirty” gear would lead to acne, while avoiding injection site inflammation and infection.

To me, it seems like an excuse for poor hygiene, diet, hormone fluctuations, e2 management, water intake, etc. There are WAY more variables and likelihood of these factors causing acne vs I used a “bad source”

Or am I wrong. Does anyone have experience of changing sources and acne clearing?

So, having answered your own question, what was it that made you consider this had any credence, when you first heard about it?
Something was there, right?
Otherwise you wouldn't have questioned your assessment of it, which is correct.

But, also, what is "bad gear" that would reportedly give you acne (not infections, acne)? What is it they say qualifies it as being bad?

I am not familiar with the stuff you saw online, so you have to tell me.

Fitness “influencers” popping up on the explore page on IG. Solid 6-7 people are now on the kick of “dirty gear”. I have a fair amount of knowledge but nothing like some of the guys decades in. Was just curious if I was missing something.

Acne is typically caused by elevated DHT or e2 levels.

Dirty gear would cause spot infection at the injection point.

I blame that goober Vigorous Steve for talking about carrier oils and systemic inflammation.
These people damage the community much more than helping it. Everyone of them. From lying to the chase irons types who essentially say run 3g at once
