Hi folks
I am 52, starting weight 88kg 7 weeks ago. Have dropped 7.5kg in that time. Easily. Added bonus is it has reduced my alcohol cravings significantly.
I just wanted to mention something in case others have experienced the same minor issue. Today I started feeling tired with some brain fog. I hadn’t noticed this over the past 7 weeks. I had done keto for a 3 year period a few years back. I really enjoyed the high fat eating. Thickened cream, cheese, avacado mousse etc. but during that diet I experienced the same symptom. I did some reading at the time and discovered it was likely due to low salt levels. With Ret I naturally went into Ketosis quickly pulling levels as good as my best on the keto diet. It makes total sense for anyone who has watched the series ‘Alone’.
Anyway if you do experience this try some salt. I’m a basic fella and put roughly a 3rd of a tsp in warm water then smash it down. Or buy electrolytes if that sounds a bit rough for you. If it is salt deficiency you should start to feel better in 30min or so.
Good luck everyone. I’m so happy I found out about this peptide. Game changer.
