Dnp...another log thread

Maybe time to look at your diet?
I hear you. I'm eating 1200 calories most days. I log my food, so I know what's going in. No cheat day's. I wear a Bluetooth hear rate monitor, and I'm burning over 800 calories a day.

All I can figure out is that muscle growth can be the culprit. For over one year I didn't exercise. But, I do feel like my workouts are starting to show some muscle growth now. I have tons of areas to build muscles and I think it's beginning. I'm officially on my next notch on my belt. last week I could get to the notch but, it wasn't comfortable. Now it feels right. Either way, I do feel and look different, but I don't know if I can attribute it to Dnp
 
Eating 1200 and burning 800 through daily exercise plus a TDEE of 1600-1800 unfortunately I can say with certainty you aren't gaining any muscle in a 1200-1400 calorie deficit while on DNP. Honestly there needs to be something wrong here I don't think your accurately tracking your calories or you need to go get your bloods check and thyroid figured out. I took DNP and had 0 weight loss the first 5 days and even gained 4 pounds those 5 days but day 6 those 4 lb were gone and after that it was about .5lb a day and I was eating a 400 cal deficit 2600 cal daily sometimes up to 4000 cals if I had a big work day. Continuing to see no results this far in I would just drop the drug because it's not doing anything for you but we know it's DNP so we know it's doing the bad things inside you. I'm assuming your piss is super dark and your sperm looks like it could glow in the dark

Is it possible that some people need more Dnp? Is it possible that this batch is a little undersides, and I just simply need to adjust it up? I read reports of people taking Dnp and being sedentary and eating a shit ton, and still losing at least .5lb per day.

No continuously upping the dosage to a drug is not the answer. Maybe incorporate carbs seeing how you aren't losing weight in ketosis anyways or maybe there is an outside factor you aren't sharing? Are you currently on any other drugs? Have you had your thyroid checked? DNP is very catabolic and so is your calorie deficit size you aren't adding muscle I'm sorry it's a physical impossibility
 
Wooooo that is not even close to enough! You need like 8L on this stuff at very least. Are you not thirsty as the dickens holy shit I was easily drinking 12L when I was on DNP

That is your first issue. My guess would be that you're holding some serious water. You should be needing to piss constantly. No less than a gallon and a half a day. I drink three liters post workout for Christ sake... I don't mean to be a dick but 3 liters in a day is a joke for an athlete in general much less someone taking DNP.

OK. Some days I'm going over a gallon for sure, but your right, I need to drink more water. I feel well hydrated, though. I'll up my water and see how I feel.
 
If you feel hydrated on three litres per day, your shit is underdosed. You should be drowning yourself right now.

The only other explanation is the ketosis, but that still doesn't make much sense. . .

I'm thinking it's underdosed. I need to go up to put this to rest. It's either discontinue what I know to be real Dnp. Or find the real dose.
 
Hey guy's, thanks for all the advice today. I'm adjusting my carb and water intake. Fuck ketosis.... for now. Fyi, I ate 100 carbs at 6pm, since then I've had over 2 liters because of the heat. The carbs made a big difference in my thirst.

Nice one. If the poundage keeps falling off now that you are carbing it, we've proven another interesting point. I find threads like this so interesting - you think you know everything about a compound or topic and then there's something new popping up that makes you go WTF.

There's a bunch of anecdote about DNP working poorly with ketosis. I don't buy total negation though. Maybe if the sides got bad enough to negate the extra calorie expenditure (ie, being nearly incapacitated).

It's not doing shit now, and you have product. I'd take my ass to IHOP and order a fuckload of pancakes. Even at maserati's prices (budget, duh), the shit should have you eating cake and gelato everyday, and still dropping weight, past the initial load/bloat.

I've heard of a lot of guys doing keto prep phases, and then taking off with it while adding carbs. And lackluster results with true keto. The really dumbed down version is that it forces you into keto either way. The pharmacology does not neccesarily make sense for total negation though, unless someone wants to enlighten me further. . .

You mean, Dnp burns the carbs anyway? I developed a really good habit of eating complex carbs. You think I should try some simple carbs? Have not had them in almost 6 weeks.

Complex carbs will work. But whatever. Go eat a pint of talenti or something. You aren't doing shit now anyway, might as well eat. If your shit is good, it will make you so sick/hot that you want to go back to keto.

I think you will lose some weight when you come off, but at this point, you should be seeing the scale move, regardless of diet. You can out eat it, but it's tough at 500mg. If you're making any attempt at dieting, and not losing weight, you're either a freak, or your shit sucks.

I wasn't sticking to low carb as I found even tho carbs added fuel to the fire per say, it would boost my energy up for a few and cause mild sweating (complex carbs). I honestly think your supplier is not as good as they claim to be.. however I'm no DNP expert just providing my experience.. Water is key and pictures for me did more than daily weighing in due to water retention. I'm about to hop back on DNP, tho Florida Summer's arent DNPs friend.. I work in an office setting and even then I at times wreaked due to the sweat.. debating holding off til "cooler" months.

I'd say if you're really stuck on doing DNP try another source, and judge for yourself.

I'm originally from Miami! I would like to figure out if I can just updose to get it to work, instead of buying more stuff.
