I hear you. I'm eating 1200 calories most days. I log my food, so I know what's going in. No cheat day's. I wear a Bluetooth hear rate monitor, and I'm burning over 800 calories a day.Maybe time to look at your diet?
All I can figure out is that muscle growth can be the culprit. For over one year I didn't exercise. But, I do feel like my workouts are starting to show some muscle growth now. I have tons of areas to build muscles and I think it's beginning. I'm officially on my next notch on my belt. last week I could get to the notch but, it wasn't comfortable. Now it feels right. Either way, I do feel and look different, but I don't know if I can attribute it to Dnp
