Dnp...another log thread

I really really think you should stop the DNP you have a lot to go without it and no legitimate reason to be running it especially because you dont even have a clue of the quality of it. I think it's back to the drawing board time with workouts and figuring out your TDEE and what a real deficit is the only proven way, not by a fancy watch but through trial and error because if your watch was so accurate you'd be losing weight
 
Oh fuck dude, you are disturbed. I make sure to wipe back to front. So whatever I miss, my ball sweat melts it away. Kinda of like Dnp and carbs.

I just lost 4lbs in 4 days. I can't quit now. I don't use a watch, by the way. It's a polar Bluetooth chest piece and that sends signal to the digifit app. It's very accurate. I set my heart rate zones.
 
I don't think you're taking in enough protien.

For example, my protein intake just from shakes range from 150-225. I normally hit 75g per shake, minimum 2 shakes a day. On my heavy days 3 shakes. Not to mention what ever I get from whole foods, i.e. meats, fish, chicken, etc...

I normally eat 4-5 meals per day

I don't lift. Mainly just cardio, body weight stuff and kettlebells. I do get above 100gr of protein often.
 
It's to early to tell, but the dnp is finally doing what it should've done 14 days ago. Is it a coincidence that for the first 14 days I felt no sides, and lost no weight? Then, just a few days after upping my dose amount and adding carbs, I'm finally losing weight. I know for some of you, it too little, too late, but I'm getting results. If I had properly dosed stuff, maybe I would have better results, maybe not. Can't tell from the pictures, but I have skipped two belt notches, in 17 days!

Second sleepless night. Last night I fell asleep 5am. If I don't fall asleep right after my night bit of DNP, I just gurn and turn all night. Excited to get to the gym in a couple of hours. Then scales!

Sorry, not tabs, capsules. The difficult thing about the 250 ones is that there's a hell of a big difference between 500 a day and 750 a day. For me, its between functioning and rolling around in my own sweat not wanting to interact with society, commitments or life in general. With these 50mg babies, I can adjust up and down a bit. Had 300mg this morning, buzzing like a chainsaw in a tinshed.

Did you see how much weight I've lost the last two days mate? Cough cough...

Fuck.... You see, those are the results I wanted. I almost stopped my cycle after reading your results. Gotta keep poisoning myself.
 
Day 19: I took 500mg this morning and will take another 250mg by 3pm. I lost another pound today! Seriously, this is really good news. So many days with no results, and then bam, I'm dropping weight every day. I'm down to 194lbs goddammit. Yesterday I started my 200 push-ups per day challenge. Pretty pathetic, you guys are squatting 400lbs, and I'm doing push-ups. Anyways, I'm here to document the dnp cycle to the end, which I will do. Thanks to all that have given their 2 cents.
 
So 9 days left, plenty of time. Carbs up, calories down, do more cardio, water up ... Your body burns over 50% more energy whilst working out on DNP. You can squeeze 20 pounds out of the last mile with some focus. It's time to go SuperDrive for you bud, go for it. D
