Dnp...another log thread

Ya. I'm making up for lost time. It's incredible, I was eating less calories for the 14 days I didn't lose any weight, and I was on ketosis. I'm eating a bit more protein, 150 or so carbs and the same 3 to 4 liters of water. (I know, it should be more) So it seems my dnp was underdosed by at least 125mgs per cap. I mean, I went almost 2 weeks with no sides. UntilUntil, of course, I danced with the devil and blindly upped my dose. I'm hoping the weight keeps dropping.

Question: is it unreasonable to expect 5lbs water loss after stopping at 28 days?

I am more 3-4lbs of water, but it changes per person and depending on your diet, such as salt consumption etc. I don't add salt to anything, have a slight bloat already due to testosterone aaS and I don't drink as much water than you, so I am probably in the lower end.
 
Day 20: Still on 750mg. If it ain't broke..... Lost 1 more pound, the scale now reads 193lbs. Dnp is crazy shit, when dosed right. Im so freakin exited. I made these pills finally do something..

I'm cruzing on 1lb per day. I wish I could do 2lbs per day. I guess that's asking for too much. I'm happy with the late progress, either way. Is working out going to be easier once I'm of dnp? I read that metabolism is basically shut down after a long dnp cycle. I'll get back to ketosis and keep calories extra low for 2 weeks, till my metabolism comes online.
 
Day 22: This morning marks the completion of 21 days on dnp. I lost 2 pounds, which brings me to 190. I lost 10 lbs total in 3 weeks. That's 0.48lbs per day. Like I said before, the capsules are underdosed, so I only started feeling the dnp after day 14. Which is when I upped my dose to 750mgs.
 
If you want to hit 2lbs per day, increase cardio, reduce calories and take moe of your underdosed gear. Easy. No, your methabolism won't be shut down. You'll gain the weight back on though if you don't watch it. Remember, there was a reason you ended up a fat bastard in the first place: too many cals and too little workout.

Ya, I know how I got fat. Before my surgery, over a year ago, I weighed 175. I had lost over 50 pounds the old fashioned way. I used the surgery as an excuse to slack off. Well, my surgery has been healed and it just took me while to get back on the horse.

Damn, one more pill will take me into 1gram, albeit underdosed, territory.

Cool. Do I win anything? One of my employees told me that 15 years ago. I said it to my boss a couple weeks ago and he was speechless. And that's hard to accomplish with this guy.

And yeah, I don't remember what this thread is about.
