Ya. I'm making up for lost time. It's incredible, I was eating less calories for the 14 days I didn't lose any weight, and I was on ketosis. I'm eating a bit more protein, 150 or so carbs and the same 3 to 4 liters of water. (I know, it should be more) So it seems my dnp was underdosed by at least 125mgs per cap. I mean, I went almost 2 weeks with no sides. UntilUntil, of course, I danced with the devil and blindly upped my dose. I'm hoping the weight keeps dropping. So 9 days left, plenty of time. Carbs up, calories down, do more cardio, water up ... Your body burns over 50% more energy whilst working out on DNP. You can squeeze 20 pounds out of the last mile with some focus. It's time to go SuperDrive for you bud, go for it. D
Question: is it unreasonable to expect 5lbs water loss after stopping at 28 days?
