Dnp...another log thread

Is cardio tough, while on dnp? I feel like I reach my vo2 max faster. I usually improve on my vo2max when I run as much as I've been running.

Big time hard bud. The first days, cardio goes up helped by that ATP popping like a Duracell rabbit, but eventually, your available energy will go down, which leads to problems with the cardio....and an increased liking of that couch. How did it go in the end?

Day 28: Lost 1lb. I'm down to 186lbs. I'm going to continue the cycle for a few more days. Can't wait to get off this shit.

Today is my 28th day completed. I lost 1 more lb, so that is 15lbs lost in 4 weeks. I can't complain. If it was 4 weeks of sides for 15lbs, then that would suck. But I've only felt sides for the last two weeks. It honestly does feel like I just started taking it. I'm going a few more days, and still not close to death. Although, once, I took my last pill for the day a lot earlier than usual, I had has a weird shortness of breath for about 4 hours. Won't do that again....

I guess I lose the Meso pool bet on this... Had you kicking off on day 14!

I hope the fat you lost stays off.
I will continue to stay active with a ketogenic diet. That should keep it off, I suppose. I don't plan on building muscle, so my workout expenditure should be fairly easy to maintain.

I was getting into the 180's max heart rate range a couple of weeks ago, running Hiit. Now, at 11 speed on the treadmill, I barely break into the 170's. Usually, this means my heart is asking for a little more, which is good But, I have to stop because I just can't continue, even at longer intervals. It's peculiar.

Remember that 20 pounds of muscle burn close to 750 calories more just to maintain itself on a day-to-day than the same weight in fat. Put on 40 pounds of muscle and you can eat them dunkin' doughnuts with a clear conscience ... Or that dominos pizza without needing to pork the wife cardio style for hours at end ...

So, just standing around, 20lbs of muscle will burn off 750 calories? But isn't there a workout output to maintain the current state of muscle, so as to maintain it, and keep it from flabbing out? You know what? I should probably just shut up. Now you really see my true colors, I claim ignorance.

You got it. Put two people next to each other. Suspect number 1 at 180 pounds, suspect number 2 at 20 pounds more muscle, 200 pounds. Let them stand there 24 hours and number two has burnt off 750 more calories.

Of course you will lose those 20 pounds of muscle if you don't use them, but maintaining muscle cost way less than building it. And Maintaining is a great way to get some exercise in and learn to love them weights.

Woop woop, look above, the man is sheddin'. Do another clicketyclick when you've shed that water doode.

Thanks dude. That's really good information for me. I've never built muscle in 39 years. I've always been a cardio freak. I have an ape like anatomy and everyone I grapple says I'm one of the strongest they've ever encountered. I've beat tons of people with big guns at arm wrestling. (technique, obviously) So, I've always been satisfied with my functional chimp strength. But now you've made me see the benefits of muscle growth, thanks, seriously.

Anytime brah, can't wait for them close-up clung-pics of the wife, she seems like such a great, er, personality lol. Safe, DQ

How am I going to send clung pics, when I don't know wtf is a clung? Google had no idea either.

Shit crap mate, if Google doesn't know, we are lost. we will need to live in eternal uncertainty and never ever know ... I shallth to the day I die look at pictures and whisper to myself 'oh but is that one of dem clunges' only to realize I may one day leave the world of the living without having seen a clung. Or have I?
