Dnp...another log thread

I'm originally from Miami! I would like to figure out if I can just updose to get it to work, instead of buying more stuff.

The problem with upping the dose, you're not even sure how much is in each pill (just because it lights up doesn't mean each pill is accurately weighed the same, etc). The realization that this stuff can cause some serious shit to occurr if not done correctly should be your reasoning to not want to be like many and start upping the dose. Your life is worth more than money, so with that being said find a better source and dump the ones you have.
 
At this point if you aren't losing weight with only 1200 calories a day then those pills must be stuffed with yellow crystalline mayonnaise concentrate. Baffling.
 
Day 17: I skipped a few days, but there was nothing to report. I've been eating carbs since day 12 and upped my dose to 750. I'm sorry is this disappoints people, but I couldn't see myself quitting because of the underdosed Dnp. Ive been sweating all day long and I'm absolutely drenched in bed. I wake up with my t-shirt completely soaked. My energy is at an all time lowlow and caffeine is key. I lost 3lbs this morning since upping the dose. Here is the crazy thing, I didn't work out this weekend and I ate a ton of shit for fathers day. I guess i just needed more Dnp and carbs..

Dude, I know. So far, as of day one I've lost 4lbs. That's 1/4lb per day, which sucks. If I stop today, I'll probably lose 5-6 water lbs 7 days after stopping. That'll put me at 10lbs in 17 days @ .6lbs per day. I guess I'm getting ahead of myself.

I fucked up the experiment, because I don't know if it's taking 750 underdosed mgs or the carbs that made the difference. I can tell you that the ridiculous, extreme sweat came from after the second day of 750mgs. Which is roughly the 3rd day of carbs. I'm still here. Oh yeah, don't kid you're selves, you need an Ec stack while on dnp, period.
 
The 3lbs was lost in 48 hours. Saturday morning I weighed 199lb and today, Monday, I weigh 196lb. Yesterday I ate two slices of garlic cheesy bread, 18oz oreo cookie shake, the seven remaining oreo cookies, 1/4 loaf of Sara Lee pound cake and 1.5 lbs of beer/garlic/butter shrimp. For Father's day, of course

Well, you are partly right, actually, average poop is 1.5 lbs. I'm finally normal with my bowl movements because I'm off keto, so who knows. I was already shitting normal be for the weekend. Who knows.. I have to remain optimistic while finishing off this poison.

While on dnp you should have been eating complex carbs, i.e steel cut oat, sweet potatoes, etc... to combat constipation

Also eating berries ( strawberries, raspberries, blueberries ) for their anti oxidation effects from dnp.

Oh fuck dude, you are disturbed. I make sure to wipe back to front. So whatever I miss, my ball sweat melts it away. Kinda of like Dnp and carbs.

I know. But I was on ketosis. I had 10-15 carbs I can eat.
 
So do you actually track your food at all or just eat whatever and hope DNP will fix your weight issue? This is seeming like more and more of a failed thread due to lack of knowledge and research then anything else. You are not anywhere near a weight were you should plateau without drugs so with drugs you should be screaming past all goals
 
Day 18: Today will be another 750mg dayday. I lost another pound today. So I'm down to 195lb. The scale is finally fuckin moving.

One observation I noticed, I sweat way less is the carbs are complex. I wonder if I should just eat simple carbs while on dnp?

I track all my food. I didn't track anything fri-sun, due to a birthday and fathers day. Miraculously, it's when I first lost weight. But again, I weigh and track my food through out my 3 week clen cycle and my 17 days on dnp. Especially on dnp. I didn't want to squander my time on dnp, so I take my diet on it seriously. With the exception of this weekend, of course. It was almost on 3 months of ketosis man. To stay on ketosis, you have to be 100 percent about your intake.

I did my research. But I've also experienced things for myself. Like ketosis, for instance. Tons of people say it's fine, but not for me. 150-200 carbs helps me with my dnp weight loss, if may go out on a limb.

My deficit is between 500-800. Protein 98, fat 65 and carbs are 150-200. I burn over 600-800 calories in my work outs using apolar Bluetooth monitor that's linked to my fitness pal, which tracks my macros and does the TDEE math for me.

(my fitness pal won't pick up the heart rate monitor, but digifit does, and links up to my fitness pal)
