Dnp...another log thread

It just struck me you won't get as hot - you are deep in ketosis and it's the carbs that make you sweat like a mofo, or at least me.
That's what I read. My head exploded trying to figure out "to carb or not to carb". If I feel fine on the 3rd day I'm definitely doubling the dose. So far, so good.
 
In to see if you die.... Also not sure why you are on this particular quest. At your height you certainly aren't carrying a lot of mass to begin with.

I'm sure I'll cheat death this cycle. It's obvious that I'm a lazy ass wanting instantly gratification. Plus, I'll be vacationing soon, so sprinkle in a bit of vanity. But, honestly I made a lifestyle choice 2 year's ago and lost 50lb on ketosis and vegetable juicing. Then I had the surgery and gained a bunch of weight back. I'm trying get back to that weight. I did it the hard way last time, just looking for a boost.

Oh, I didn't write because I don't expect to reach it on Dnp. I'll go back and edit it in, thanks.

+/- 170lb target weight. I'm hoping for 15lbs on 2 weeks of Dnp or 20lb in 3 weeks.

170# at 5'11" That is certainly.... thin.

Not sure whether I should wish you luck in hitting that or not to be quite honest. It is a fairly unusual goal and a very unusual method of hitting it.

That's what I accomplished 2 years ago. I'm accounting for 5-7lb rebound. So I want to stabilize under 180lb with a maintenance diet.

After that, I'll have that unhealthy fat gone, so I'll be healthier. Belly fat, being the worst for your heart, would be a thing of the past. I compete in jiu-jitsu tournaments with my son's, so fighting at 175lb would be my correct division. The over 200lb division are filled with monsters that I have a difficult time with.

Cool, at least you have a goal... Do you lift as well? Being strong for your weight would certainly be an advantage on the ground when you roll.

DNP is considerably worse for your heart then a bit of belly fat...

Also don't double your dose at all. Run 250mg for weeks not days. I also would like to let you know you are being a bit unreasonable with the amount of weight you think you will lose because there is a serious rebound once off the DNP too. Slow and steady keeps you alive man I know some people have joked about it but this is one of the compounds that could cause some serious complications including death very easily if you don't respect it. You could cook your internal organs and cause premature failure but just simply doubling the dose because your not feeling it much. Weight to see what the scale says weeks from now and decide then how you feel. Jaundice is no joke and at 250mg I started to get early signs of it after 2 weeks so I stopped all usage.

No lifting, just 45lb kettle bells, body weight routines, airdyne and treadmill. And of course, Jiu-Jitsu. But your right, I should implement lifting. Everyone tells me I have orangutan strength though.

I'm not meaning to freak you out but to let you know it does deserve a lot of respect and if you want to continue with your training I wouldn't up it at all cause it'll crush your intensity too

I'll get some blood work done and I'll have my doctor give me a jaundice screening on my 6th day. I know you all recommend staying at 250, but so many guys have better, short term results with 500, with no adverse effects. I'll play it by ear.
 
Just did 3 tabata workouts. Average heart rate at the intensity interval was 180bpm, so nothing has changed. Same sweat amount.

If at Day 3, you have absolutely no effect of 250, have a teaspoon of sugar. If it doesn't get you sweating within 5 minutes, your DNP is fake. If it does, try doing 250 in the morning, the. Another 250 at night.

Great advice on the dosing, thanks. Maseratilabs is legit, though. Many people can vouch for his stuff. I do have a high tolerance for certain things. Take clen for instance, it's Rui clen, and after the 4th day all symptoms subsided. I went the rest of the 3 weeks basically sympton free at 160mcg. Good looking out DonQKong.

Tolerance can be a thing, I think the ketosis is a factor as well. Exciting to see how you react on upping the dose.
