Dnp...another log thread

So if i double my dose on day 4, i will be at 916 mcg accumulation on day 5. And on day 6 till the end of my cycle it would be 1000 mcg. Damn, that's a lot.
 
The curve flattens out at around double of your daily dose. Seldomly, you hear someone taking 750 plus per day. I don't understand how you can possibly get through your day on that, and its getting quite close to the lethal dose as well.

The chap who had to remove his calve muscle because it boiled was on 2000 ...

you are being a bit unreasonable with the amount of weight you think you will lose because there is a serious rebound once off the DNP too
I read that the rebound weight is negligible. You cant immediately go into a maintenance diet, which is where people mess up. If you calorie restrict for a few weeks, people are reporting small rebound weight gains. I will follow that exact method and hope for the best.
 
Rebound is dangerous, its the killer of all diets and cause of many yo-yo dieters nightmare .... you get slim, have built up a craving, are actually quite ok with how you look, lower your guard, and boom, there comes the calorie train. Its all psychological.

On DNP, as with amphetamines or cocaine, you get a physical rebound as well. Your body is craving, you are thirsty, your system is firing up again and starting to function and is crying out for energy.

As OP is alluding to, that first week is important to be paying attention. After that, the physical part is gone and you are left with the psychological one.

After my last run, I "gained" back 2 or 3 pounds. Quite ok with that, am still 20 pounds short of where I was. Now just have to pay attention to the calorie monster lol.

That's what I read over and over. I think RodgerThat was talking about the people who think that the battle is over, and revert back to excess calories. If there was weight gain, it came from excess, lack of exercise. No matter how you lose weight, it'll come back if you don't make long term changes . I'm realistic about Dnp. The weight loss is just the beginning.
 
Day: 3
Just took another 250mcg. Last night I didn't feel any sides, but I did wake up with sweaty balls. But other that, I feel normal. I guess I'll start feeling stronger sides after day 5, when I'll have full accumulation.

I just weighed in at 198lb which is a 2lb loss. Could've come from my refeed and ketosis. My refeed was 2 days before my first dose of Dnp.

Sure, but maximum would be what 16 hours of lost ketosis?

The benefit being knowing whether what you are taking is DNP or a pill full of sawdust.
I'll be at my highest accumulation today. If I don't feel it today, I'll do the sugar test tomorrow. But I'm telling you, Maseratilabs is super legit. A quick Google can prove this.
 
OK crap! Today my cardio was harder. Pushed through it, but It was difficult. Time to take a primatene/caffeine stack?

You are on day 3 now? Seriously, you should feel it by now. Sounds like you are wasting your time.

Either it's bunk or you are under dosing . Try 12 or 18 hours apart instead of 24.
