Took another 250mcg at 9am. Last night I felt no warmth, and woke up dry this morning. I'm probably taking a second capsule this evening.

If this produces no side effects what will your plan be?
 
Also besides side effects, have you been dropping any weight?
 
1 pound every two days wouldn't be bad but probably a bit difficult to tell this early if it is accurate I guess.
 
Day 3 second 250mcg capsule
I just took my second 250mcg dose for today because I strongly believe I can handle it at this point.

Have you taken Dnp? I've had almost zero sides and no sweating what's so ever. I been reading a bunch on when people start to sweat, and I noticed that when on ketosis, some people feel it after day 6.
 
So long as it's legit, it's working whether you're sweating or not. Take it slow, and consider yourself lucky.

Curious to see results on this with keto. Differing opinions on diet selection while running. If I could do it less miserably, I might be inclined to finish my stash.

So far, so good, on 500 mg. I do feel sluggish, so I took half an ec stack.

You are alive! Nice one mate, I am thinking its high tolerance or ketosis that can be the cause for not feeling it. One experiment if you are willing to test is to take some carbs and see if you get warm.

Because of the heat carbs lead to I've been thinking carbs augment the effect of DNP, but that's my bro science for you.

A fucker at In-N-Out gave me a regular coke instead of a diet coke. I took a nice gulp, and I think that knocked me out of ketosis. I was having a plain protein syle double-double no tomatoes. 2 net carbs of deliciousness. Ill check my ketones again tonight and I'll decide if I'll eat a couple of pieces of whole grain toast to see if I can induce a heat reaction.

Unless you are unusually sensitive to sugar while simultaneously having a major resistance the DN-motherfucking-P you are probably ok.

Ya, a lot of the info on carb effects while on Dnp are all anecdotal. I don't understand why there isn't real science to back up those claims.
