DNP at low body fat percentage

I just used DNP for 2 weeks to lose about 5kg and go from 15-16% to 10-12%. My attempts at bulking once again resulted in only fat gain despite my best efforts.

Problem is I still have a lot of fat on my belly and love handles such that my abs are only faintly visible when not flexing, but meanwhile I have veins all over my arms, delts and quads.

I'm not really sure how to proceed now.

1. Do another DNP 400mg for 2 weeks and expect my fat distribution to sort itself out on its own by going to 6-8% bf.

2. Do a low dose DNP (like 100-200mg) + Anavar cycle for 4-6 weeks and hope that the Anavar will target the fat around my waist selectively?

3. Just pay for 3D liposuction on the problem area since the rest of my body already looks pretty good?

inspired is now the biggest clown of this forum.
It’s so obvious. Going through other threads NOBODY is right about anything or has a clue what they’re talking about. Even when it’s opinion based.

but he is apparently an expert, a scholar if you will, in not only nutrition but pharmacology, kinesiology, psychology and 78 other subjects. He is smarter and more educated than the average Reddit user AND DOCTORS. This guy is actually fucking hot single moms in his area.

Bravo my man. Bravo.

I've never said anything like that. The only thing I've asked is for people to read. And I'm respectful. You on the other hand, refuse to read or have an indepth discussion about the details, and you can only act like a bully, throwing insults. Don't talk to me or about me. Like I said to someone else, stop harassing me.

I wonder how the bioavailability of copper orally compares to the copper bound to injectable GHK-CU (that's 150 MCG of copper per MG and you use 2.5-5mg daily)

Been considered moving to a daily subQ peptide regime since I'm on year round MT2, I think being permanently on GHK-CU, BPC-157 and MT2 would be pretty nice and worth a daily pin.

I made a spreadsheet and the Life Extension multis do have somewhat of an edge than their competitors by using more bioavailable ingredients and having the most reasonable quantities of each ingredient. So what I'm thinking is:

Micronutrition stack:
Life extension mix or 2 a day (I will give the mix a one month trial but it's too expensive if it's not giving some amazing effects)
Life extension sea iodine (D3, k1, K2, and a mg of iodine - seems like a useful product to fill the holes in their Multi)
Boron 3mg-6mg
Copper 3mg chelate

On the fence:
Fish oil - what a battleground of conflicting opinions...
Lithium - been reading studies that lithium supplement can reduce mental illness but it's another pill to take

I will stop iron supplement and hopefully by increasing copper I will absorb more iron from my food. Bloods will tell.

This is just the micronutrition stack, excluding herbal stuff like ashwaganda and curcumin or anything that has to be dosed by the scoop like creatine.

I have no idea about the copper peptide situation, but I speculate that even increased bioavailability of an injectable peptide wouldn't end up being enough copper. I would use copper bisglycinate. It's cheap and easy. So if you are at 5mg with the peptide, I'd add up to another 5mg through copper bisglycinate, which is a total of 10mg then. Various literature suggests that 10mg copper is or should be the recommended upper limit for copper intake, and I agree with that number. You can go higher than that but 10mg is safe everyday. If you do that, you should take extra zinc.

I would get a bottle of Lugol's 5% iodine and just add a drop or more to water. It's cheaper and I think it is more pure than Kelp. You have to take extra selenium with this though. You should read about the important of iodine. There are awesome great websites and books available on the topic. I can tell you if you want. But if you want to keep it simple, know that more iodine is essential, and a drop of Lugol's even a few times a week is going to give you what you need. You can dose it much higher though.

My complaint about Life Extension Multivitamins is the lack of vitamin K. They did that because they want to sell an additional product with K2. It's called Once-Daily Health booster. It's too expensive and I don't see the point. Attached is the label so you can see:

Fish oil: I used to be pro fish oil and I've probably had 20 bottles of Carson's liquid fish oil in my lifetime. After reviewing the literature again, I'm no longer pro fish oil and I don't consume it at all. I will eat fish. I eat sardines. But I don't take the oil. A lot of the positive results from studies are a result of a immunosuppressive effects.

Lithium orotate: I take it but I don't take it all of the time. The studies showing neuroprotective effects are pretty convincing. It's worth it but it can slow down your thyroid and some people have metabolic issues with it. I felt fine when taking it. If you are interested in protecting your brain, there are many other substances to consider. Methylene blue is one.

How old are you? Aren't you some kid in their 20's? So what do you know about nutrition exactly? You have a lot to learn.
You started d with the disrespect faggot. Now you feel bullied and harassed? You’re a giant pussy.

I can go on a quote everything else you just denied but you’re just such a fucking pussy you curl up into a ball when you get questioned on your bull shit because people are realizing you just ramble shit and say everyone’s wrong.

Now go back to your safe place where no one can “bully” or “harass” you sweetie.

My comment to you was a joke and not mean spirited. You missed the sarcasm. You are throwing around insults left and right. Review my post history. I don't throw insults. If I have to say something harsh, I only do so when justified and it's usually because I am defending myself. My entire comment is below:

"How old are you? Aren't you some kid in their 20's? So what do you know about nutrition exactly? You have a lot to learn.

Dude, iron from fortified food is garbage. You need heme iron. Eat liver or meat.

Magnesium: type and dosage?
Fish oil is toxic. Read about PUFA's.
Type of B12, methylated or regular cobalamin?
Red yeast rice? Why? Cholesterol is good for you.
Vitamin D: how much? Why no vitamin K nor Magnesium nor boron? Reconsider."

You are following me, harassing me and ruining good threads with your behavior. All you do is spam insults into conversations that were productive and helpful, and turn them into chaos. This isn't good for for anyone, specifically for this forum.

This is a perfect example of you bending every single situation you are involved in to fit your own narrative.

I may be in my 20s that doesn’t mean I’m uneducated or naive. I should have just never replied but YOU took this thread so off topic bringing the retarded thought that the guy looks like he does because of a multivitamin. I’m not writing a thesis on what I take and why in this thread. Was not the point. Still is not the point.

I’ve dealt with so many people like you I can read through your bullshit so easily. You’re one of those people that think everyone is an idiot and you’re just 295 IQ and have some secret formula figured out. that being said you’re probably a smart guy no doubt about it. But you lose everyone by being a condescending ass hole and talking down to people.

I am ruining every thread by telling a guy with severe mental illness there is in fact a difference between taking 30 mg of vyvanse versus 70 while you claimed there is none. Yes I am a troll.

Yes I am the bully. I am harassing you. I’m watching you while you sleep. You will never be anywhere without me or the government looking through your window. You weren’t talking down on me, trying to big brother me. It wasn’t disrespectful. You are perfect.

Now leave it at that. Don’t say another word i really don’t want to hurt anymore of your feelings.

You haven't shown me that you know anything about nutrition. Not only have you been wrong, but you avoid any deeper discussion, instead preferring to throw insults at me instead.

I've tried to help the OP. I am having a discussion with the OP. The OP and I are going back and forth. I am very flexible. He seems flexible. We are thinking and learning and progressing.

You are jumping in and ruining the discussion.

I'm a nice guy who has been a helpful contributer. I don't talk down to people. Review my post history. You don't want to read any studies, or talk in depth, so.......now I'm some asshole who is insulting your intelligence? That math doesn't add up.

Vyvanse thread: anyone can go re read the information. My advice in my posts there is good advice. I did not say what you just said. I clarified.

Let's end this here. Don't talk to me and I won't talk to you. Thanks.

There’s actually a fresh thread from today on the Ray Peat forum about copper supplementation. Rather interesting. It may kill parasites in the gut.

ive never supplemented with copper before but I’m about to start a run of GHK-cu. I’m expecting solid results.

My favorite copper author/scientist is Dr. Leslie M. Klevay. He's written a lot of papers on copper, and they are worth skimming over. And yes, if you have a solid copper status, it is anti-parasitic. It's used in livestock for that purpose and it works really well.

Today I found out that it's extremely difficult to buy organ meats in UK supermarkets.

I also found out that almost all yogurt sold in the UK is now pasteurised after fermentation meaning that all the beneficial bacteria are dead.

Strange that yoghurt is still pushed as "health food" for the gut when it's actually not probiotic at all and is of questionable value as a prebiotic compared to say, milk.

Guess I'll add a probiotic to my stack and forget about liver as a B vitamin source. Just too annoying to buy.

Did you buy all of the other hundred supplements he advised?

I'm surprised they don't sell liver. Maybe go to a butcher? It's not super popular but a lot of people eat it.

Have you tried kefir? Maybe they sell it in the supermarket. You can make your own kefir. You need to buy "kefir grains" and then put them in milk. It will ferment and then you have kefir. It's annoying that you can't just buy real yogurt.

Butcher in the UK is kind of a "luxury", prices are more than double of supermarkets. I'll just deal with not having it.

Will start with LE multi + K + copper + boron and ditch my shitty multimineral which I realized now is not very bioavailable with all it's "oxide" forms.

Meanwhile, I do need to lose probably 10 lbs at least in 8 weeks, to get shredded for seeing people at Christmas. Yea it's possible by dieting but if I used DNP I can drop it all in 2 weeks and then maybe gain a couple lbs muscle recomping over the next 6 weeks instead of just spending 8 weeks in a deficit.

Also if I want to use tren to have the tren look on a certain date, how many days before that should I start dosing Tren E? Not intending to use it for gains as such, just as a "finisher" for whatever shit physique I manage by then.

I've used Tren A for that purpose before and it was noticeable after 2 days but I'll have a 10 day window where I can't inject anything.

Also does anyone get facial bloating from tren?
