DNP really save time cutting or just makes things worse?

If there was a way to use it and feel like a normal human being I’d jump on it right away, but I can’t stand the thought of enduring those side effects just for a few % body fat, especially working 40+ hours a week while taking 1hr public transportation each way.

Damn, that's a dramatic transformation. Nice work, sounds like a scary path to get there. I hope.yoyr making better decisions now.

yes, right now im recomping and i m done following the big mass in change of big body fat and bloat… i ll tryna add gram over gram of muscle… keeping food intake strict and using kust compound i m fine with like test primo and less than 200mg of tren weekly… will just play with aromasing dosage, kcals and cardio..

Right now im 94kg like that , will tryna shred in the first 2 weeks of cruise then will tryna get some size keeping bf under 11 or 10 all year long… i m done with Bulking and Cutting

I’ll take a look at it, I am somewhat skeptical of books in the realm of fitness as information is widely available online for free now
I’ve got 2 of his books Championship Bodybuilding and Everything You Need to Know About Fatloss. They’re both really solid and it’s broken to where anyone can understand and use it. Chris Aceto is who Jay Cutler turned pro under and he’s still one of the best prep guys today.

Thing is if I’m cutting and putting myself through that I want to see myself losing fat otherwise I just lose motivation. A lot of threads talk about how dnp will make you look softer and fatter.

Softer, yes... Fatter? Not really, but more water retention.

You're never going to look great while cutting... Until you get towards the end maybe. If you expect to look great all the way through a cut, or a bulk for that matter, you're setting yourself up for a lifetime of disappointment.

Unless you’re Kevin Levrone jk

Yeah, I don't get much water retention personally. You just look flat and it will be discouraging, but once it's over it'll be a pretty dramatic change typically. If you need constant reassurance to retain motivation, I don't know if it'll be for you... I don't really see how any of this could be for you though because progress just doesn't happen overnight.

Being flat isn’t a big deal. But I think anyone who spend months cutting only to look the same (can’t see any fat loss) will quit, we’re human after all. So far cutting without any fat burners I’ve been able to see slow but steady progress. However, what’s the point in introducing the most potent fat burner if that week to week progress in the mirror is now completely fucked you know

Honestly if you’re seeing week to week progress there’s no need to take any fat loss drugs. They’re never necessary. The more stuff you add in the more variables you have.

Well.. Yeah, because they're not actually making any progress at all.

You will notice rapid progress with DNP. It is as close to the magic pill as you can get... But, you won't look great while on it even though you'll see the lbs dropping off. You'll look great a few days after you end the cycle though.

That’s good to know. I’m still considering just dosing it maybe a few days a week but I guess that’d be wasting time. I have come to terms with looking smaller while cutting, and my goal
isn’t to look great but just leaner

Yea I’m already keeping my carbs very low most of the week so I don’t think I can get any flatter than I already am if dnp were added

You went from Budweiser model to Calvin Klein. Just wait at some point you’re going to see some insta coach or diet pill using your stolen pic

A good idea is a good idea.

Lose 30 lbs of fat and gain 30 lbs of muscle in only 30 days!

Sounds too good to be true? Then you haven't experienced MSG labs. A name you can trust and quality that you won't find anywhere else¹

¹ Not including UGLs that sell real gear or perform testing.

you should compare my back at that time with the one in your avatar… from skinny and pale to swole and tanned in 10 days! Impossible is Nothing

Dnp works best IMO at a low dose for a little while 200mgs for 12 days that sort of thing. It is not a shortcut it will cause your body to drop fat you might otherwise never get rid of or at least would have to SUFFER for a long time to get rid of.

It is only (sitting down because you're too fatigued and fked) around 4-600mgs. It isn't hell on earth per say, you just feel crap. You will be flat as fook, but you rebound like a mother fucker about 2-6 days after coming off. Personally, I wouldn't go above 200mgs per day and run it longer for 1-2 weeks.
