DNP results thus far

Today is day 4 for me and is starting to really crank up. Taking 200mg DNP/100 clen/100T3 for two weeks. Radically changed my diet which now consists of chicken,tuna,salmon,eggs,cottage cheese,blueberry yogurt, oatmeal (a.m. only)fruits (pineapple incl), V8 juice, 2 gal H2O per day, and all the necessary supps..
I've lost 8 lbs. so far and am sure most is water weight but I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist already! Really crazy. Started to get hot yesterday and def. felt it this morning. Got my ac in my office on 60 degrees and employees and customers complain every time they come in. Good thing is it keeps people out of my office. Workouts not suffering a bit in the strength or endurance dept. That may change though in the future. Will see how leg day goes today when I do my squats. Girlfriend took a definite notice to my smaller midsection and can't believe the results I am getting in just 4 days.
Will keep you guys posted as things progress. The only downside so far is getting the shakes at times (food sugars help with that) and the sporadic "heat ups".
I'm really liking this stuff.

6'1 1/2", 244lbs (as of yesterday). Probably around 15% bf +/- and want to get down to about 230lbs. Last year aroung the fall I was 283lbs and around 20% bf. Just trying to get as lean as possible so when I hit my next mass cycle I won't get so damned fat!
 
How do you run the T3? Do you ramp it up and down? Just finished 2 weeks at 400mg ED and thinking of adding T3 to my next cycle.

Im running it at 100mcg per day. I would imagine you should have ran it with your last cycle of DNP with it being 400mg ed. How were your results? I'm getting pretty hot at only 200mg per day.
 
Day 5

The heat is starting to really kick in. My office is 65 degrees and I'm still sweating (neck and face mostly). Not too uncomfortable. Woke up last night and my pillow was soaked. Did legs yesterday and still feeling strong. No weak feelings at all. Not sure how you guys handle more than 200mg ed but I guess everybody is different.

I had no sides at 200mgs a day,and just sweating at 400...600mgs got me though my first cycle lol.
 
Day 8

I really don't see how you guys tolerate the higher doses like you do. Didn't sleep well at all the last 2 nights. Was like I had insomnia or something. Fell asleep and was up two hours later ready to get out of the bed. The sweating is not too terrible but be careful when having sex. I was dripping all over my girlfriend's back and she ended up getting as wet as I was. Here is the good thing. Two days ago I weighed in at 240#'s which is 13#'s less than when I started. I know I have to be at least a pound or two lighter by now. My upper abs are just barely starting to show a little definition (which is a first for me) so I am really liking this cycle. Hunger is not an issue at all and am staying to my diet except for one day where I had a homeade chicken burrito (lots of carbs in the wrap).
I will weigh in tonight at the gym and keep you posted. Going to do cardio tonight but haven't done much except for fucking 2-3x per day which is enough for me :D
 
LMK how it goes bro cuz in about 2 months I am gonna do the same thing. I gotta wait til this south Texas weather cools down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Musl, I am doing a similar plan to what you are. For essentially three weeks (took this past weekend off of dnp so that I could refeed), I am using 200mg dnp, 80mcg t3 and 100mcg clen. I started out taking dnp at night, but I would sweat a lot and be uncomfortable. This week I take it when I get up in the morning before work. No sweats at night and overall less sweating during the day.

I dont have a scale, so I cant say for sure how much Ive lost. But Ive gone from having my 38" pants being on the snug side to my 34" jeans being loose. I still have a ways to go, but Ive made major progress in the 16 days since Ive started.

Oh, I am also doing a slightly modified PSMF as my diet.
 
Nice, that just goes to show you that you can supplement DNP with T-3 and clen and still get the same results as you would with high dose DNP. Especially in the summer when it's so damn hot anyway.

Day 9

Lost another pound and the sides seem to be fading at night. Maybe because it's getting cooler here at night and I added a big fan in my room. Only sides at night are extreme dry mouth and thirst around 130am and when I get up for water I am not sleepy/tired at all. Still sweat a lot in the morning but probably because I take my supps right upon waking and am pretty busy moving around until I get to work and about 15 minutes after I get to work.
Hoping the next 6 days stay the same as far as fat loss. Would like to lose another inch or so on my waist and another 7-9 lbs.
 
Day 10

Yesterday upped my dose to 400mg per day and today hit the scales at 236#'s. I have lost 17#'s so far and am going to keep it at 400mg through Saturday. After Saturday I plan on stopping the cycle. I have lost about 3" on my waist and can't wait to see the results after the water drops. Everyone is noticing how much leaner I look and can't believe it. Upping the dose to 4oomg has increase my sweating quite a bit esp. at night. I am taking my 2nd dose at 4pm and no later. Got to go now as today is my day with my kids.
 
Thank God it's over!

Ended it last Friday and lost a total of about 19 lbs in 11 days. Had tix to the VA Tech/NC State game Saturday and I wasn't about to try and go being on DNP. Very pleased with the results but now have to buy an entire new wardrobe of pants since mine aren't even close to fitting anymore. Will give the DNP another go around the first of November before my bulk cycle.
I have nothing but good things to say about DNP. Fastest weight/fat loss I've ever encountered in such a short time. Awesome stuff.
 
keep us updated as to your ability to maintain weight loss. I've ran T3 before, and it's almost impossible to maintain the lost weight, I usually end up gaining 5-7lbs right after I discontinue it.

Does DNP work in the same manner?
